Charming garden apartment with barbecue and sun beds, situated in a quiet and gated small complex just 5 minutes walking to the beach and 2 minutes walking to the Torreblanca train station, bars and supermarket.

The apartment is totally renovated, fully equipped with good taste and is distributed as follows: Large living room with AIR CONDITIONING and access to the lovelly porch with awning and garden. Fully equipped and new kitchen. 2 spacious bedrooms with fitted wardrobes (to accommodate 5 people) and a bathroom. Master bedroom with access to the porch and garden. Ample storage for luggage. Bright apartment with sunny garden. South orientation with partial sea views.

Very well maintained community with pool, garden and parking if you have a car.

Casablanca is located in Torreblanca at the eastern end of Fuengirola. It is in a quiet location in a private gated community, but is only a 5 min walk from the blue flag beach and a range of waterfront restaurants and bars. Fuengirola town centre is 5 mins by train and Torreblanca station is a 2 min walk from the apartment. This also provides a direct link to Malaga airport which is 27 mins away. Fuengirola is a thriving resort with appeal for all age groups. It has great beaches, hundreds of restaurants & bars to cater for all requirements, a wide range of shops, a twice weekly market & dozens of nightclubs for those looking for the night life. For the children there is an aqua park & zoo in town & an amusement park and sea life centre in neighbouring Benalamadena. Marbella, Malaga, Mijas and Porto Banus can all be reached by car in 30 mins. Ronda, Gibralter & the lakes of El Chorro are also easily accessible by car or excursion & there are a range of golf courses along the coast.

About the Owner

Martin lives in Fuengirola (Malaga) he is a lawyer with a master's degree in International Trade from the University of Padua (Italy).

When he finished his master's degree, he's taken up residence in Spain, where his family is now.

After that, he set up a Law Firm called 'Vilas Lawyers S.L.L.' www.vilaslawyers.com and 'Your Property in Spain' real estate agency www.yourpropertyinspain.com, both with address in Los Boliches, Fuengirola.

Since a few time ago, he's decided to create a website only for this properties he owns, in order to have a cordial relationship with the families who wish to spend a nice vacation in the Costa del Sol.

sara handed us our keys on the first day, she is a lovely person and couldn't be more helpful...apartment was beautiful, bright and airy...kitchen has all mod cons, washing machine, hob, oven and coffee maker...garden was so much better than the normal balcony, with sun loungers and table and chairs....beds are comfortable and both rooms have ceiling fans, with loads of wardrobe space...bathroom has bath and shower with constant hot water...living room was very comfortable with a dvd player and sky tv ..security is second to none, felt super safe....the apartment was literally 3mins walk from train station( trains air conditioned and very clean) and 7 mins walk from great beach..there is a great supermarket 2 mins walk from apartment and very reasonable....my advice, dont eat along sea front resaurants, go to the greek one or thai or mexican.....only thing i would change in apartment would be air conditioning in living room and a kettle and toaster, only in the view of saving the owners electricity, as you can make toast under grill and boil water on the very very fast hob....there are 2 fridges which was fantastic as we just filled one with drinks and other with food....they have piles and piles of towels as well, and all the kitchen and bathroom cleaning equipment you will need, even supplied a packet of toilet rolls lol over all this apartment is a 10 out of 10 in my book, have a great time every one xx

The apartment is very well equipped with virtually everything you need, including smart TV with internet access, DVD player, WIFI and on a more mundane note even a very necessary shopping trolley. Martin, the owner, was very helpful and welcoming and he refunded our security deposit on the day of departure. He also met us at the station which is just a few minutes walk away, and took us to the apartment in his car for our suitcases. Having the trains so close is fantastic for getting into Fuengerola (just two stops) in 10 minutes or so. It's just one stop from the street market with ten minutes walk. (Take the shopping trolley!). The lovely beach and promenade is about five minutes away with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. If you like an English breakfast, go to 'Cheers' about ten minutes walk along the front.

There is a well stocked supermarket just two minutes away down the steep hill (again, the shopping trolley was essential).

Although there were only the two of us, I noticed that the apartment was very well equipped for family use with plenty of pans, crockery etc. There were also several children's games.

Having the train so close is such an advantage (about half an hour from the airport) but there is a trade off. You can hear it from the apartment every 20 minutes or so. It wasn't intrusive for me but it was for my wife. The only negative things I can say about this apartment are: 1. Having stayed in November, the nights were quite cold and there wasn't enough blankets on the beds. We had to sleep in jumpers. However, I must soften this by saying Martin did give us his phone number and asked us to call if we had any problems and we didn't bother calling. I am sure he would have resolved this if we had called him. and, 2. the small comfortable garden loses the sun in the afternoon.

If you decide to chose this apartment, I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

Great apartment in a great location

Martin's apartment was ideal for my family of 4. The kids (age 3 and 5) loved the pool and how close we were to the beach. The garden is an added bonus and is lovely to be able to sit outside and have a drink in the evening. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Gold medal experience for our first time self catering.

I do not have anything to compare this against apart from all inclusive hotels close by. As our first time renting a self catering apartment we were very pleasantly surprised at the level of service supplied by the owner Martin. One of the reasons I chose this apartment over others was its close proximity to Torrablanc station, however Martin arranged to collect us and show us around, I just have to call him when we boarded the train at Malaga airport, that part of the journey was both easy and enjoyable.

The apartment was a little smaller than the photographs suggest (wide angle lens shots) but was no problem.

A nice touch was the full size, brand new rates fridge on the terrace, ideal for beer wine, prepared fruit and snacks to be used whist in the garden.

We had one small problem the second day in that we could not figure out how to use the electric cooker and thought that there must have been an isolater switch somewhere but could not find it. I rang Martin who sent an English speaking electrician around within a very short time, no problem with the cooker just our ignorance of halogen.

Martin also called around the day before we were due to leave on his way back from a trip up country to make sure everything was okay, explain where to leave the keys for the cleaners and arrange a suitable time for them to attend. He also made the point that he would transfer the deposit back to me over the weekend, I had an email on my return confirming this. I would love to return some time next year if I can find the space in what is due to be a busy year and if he has and days available as this property is very popular.

My only disappointment was that we were unable to use the market(took a long list) as the annual festival/fair was using the space, we went but not really out thing. Note to self, check what is going on in the local area before you book.

I would highly recommend this property for a couple o small family, it's not really geared up for two couples as the second, small bedroom has a single and a pair of bunk beds which take up most of the space. But to be fair we were just going as a couple but when my sister saw it she decided to join us.

A very good holiday had by all which included some outstanding weather.

We will be back.

The property was excellent and just as advertised. Great open plan lounge kitchen. All very clean.

Our stay at Casablanca apartments was excellent , great location with easy access to supermarket, trains and taxis. There is TV etc in the apartment but this was never used by us as we spent all our time in the garden. Really good Wifi. We were met at the apartment by Martin the owner and he went over everything with us which was really helpful.

We have been holidaying in Torreblanca for over 16 years and I would rate this apartment as 'Very Good'.

The pool is great for having an afternoon swim and then back the apartment to lie in the sun. Having the garden is an added bonus.

Plenty of places to eat out in the area.

Мы останавливались в этой квартире дважды. В 2015 году на 2 месяца и в 2016 году на 1.5 с двумя маленькими детьми. Мартин отличный хозяин, быстро реагирует на вопросы и помогает во всем. Квартира после ремонта стала лучше: пол теперь не скользкий, большой холодильник, появились два вентилятора и есть очень удобные толстые матрасы на лежаки для террасы. Появились москитные сетки на окнах! Это супер плюс!

Вообще мы в таком восторге от этого места: квартира расположена в спокойном малоэтажном доме с закрытой территорией. Отличный бассейн. Лучше, чем на фото. Купаться в нем комфортно с середины июня. В июле просто вода парное молоко.

Рядом станция электрички, можно добраться (бесплатно) до некоторых станций, тк на ней нет турникетов и на многих их тоже нет. Магазин -"за углом", все можно купить, козье молоко есть. Только свежей рыбы не продают. До пляжа идти недалёко совсем. На пляже есть другой магазин, немного дороже, но отличается ассортиментом. За рыбой и много чем другим мы ездили в Mercadona на станции Plaza Mayor. (Беспл)

Рынок на станции Fuengirola дорогой в сравнении с магазинами.

Море тёплое становится примерно с начала июля.

В зависимости от лета в квартире может быть жарко и душно. В июле и августе. Особенно в комнате, где двухъярусная кровать. Но потолочные вентиляторы частично решают эту проблему.

У Мартина в подсобном помещении есть игрушки для пляжа, матрасы надувные, зонты, тележка на колёсах для продуктов и тп

С детьми отлично сходить в биопарк в Фуэнхироле ( если планируете сходить два раза, то выгодней становится купить абонемент на год:), рядом с биопарком есть две шикарные площадки детские. На автобусе можно доехать до океанариума (на один раз), фуникулёр в Бенальмадене отличный (есть шоу разные по расписанию на горе), отличный городской парк Paloma в Бенальмадене и парк Батарея на станции Montemar alto. Ну и старый город в Малаге тоже приятно посетить.

Рестораны на пляже не понравились.

Отдельно скажу про зеленую террасу. Когда ешь на улице, совершенно другой вкус у еды. Гриль-существенный плюс. Поливать газон -приятный ритуал. Мы покупали на станции Фуэнхирола мяту в горшочке и петунии и сажали с краю газона в тенёчке. По приезду есть обычно только вода. Никакой еды. Даже соли может не быть. Надо быть к этому готовым.

Можно ещё много рассказывать. Эта квартира и отдых в Торребланке навсегда останутся в наших сердцах. Я думаю, мы ещё приедем!

Fabulous!

Fabulous apartment! Everything we needed and more! Excellent location handy for bars and restaurants. Supermarket within 2 minutes walk. Lovely pool area. Would definitely use this apartment again. The garden was perfect, lovely on an evening to sit and chill.
