Situated in the exclusive new Marine View residence, which is idyllically located in the picturesque seaside town of Teignmouth, this luxury year-round holiday home provides a stylish and contemporary base from which to explore the beautiful delights of South Devon!

The large and inviting living area is laid with solid wood flooring and is equipped with a small library, flat screen TV with Freeview channels and a Blu-ray DVD player. Guests will also find the open plan layout ideal for hosting enjoyable light lunches or evening meals, with a stylish indoor dining area and French doors conveniently leading directly outside to the sunny deck & private garden.

A fully equipped open plan kitchen provides all the flexibility and freedom which comes from a self-catering stay; offering a contemporary style with modern day appliances to make you feel right at home, including a gas hob, electrical kettle and eye level oven.

Upstairs, the versatile accommodation makes this lovely holiday home ideal for families, with a master double bedroom fitted with wardrobes and modern en-suite shower room, a second double bedroom (with sea peeps) and a third bedroom furnished with a set of modern bunk beds (with sea peeps) .

The holiday home further features a family fitted contemporary bathroom and conveniently offers a washing machine, travel cot and high chair for guests’ use. Outside in the charming sunny lawned garden guests can enjoy a relaxed summer BBQ or even an afternoon of sunbathing, on the sun loungers provided to the raised decked terrace.

The famous historical harbour town of Teignmouth boasts a vibrant and picturesque setting with modern day amenities provided alongside romantic Victorian charm.

Teignmouth boasts both a Town and River Beach and the secluded nearby coves of Dawlish Town Beach and Holcombe Beach ensures there is the perfect Beach for everyone! Boat trips to spot the dolphins and mackerel fishing can also be enjoyed at the Dawlish Town beach, making it the perfect destination for a family day out.

The popular South West Coastal Path runs through the town and Dartmoor National Park can be reached in just 30 minutes drive from the house, ensuring guests staying here can easily enjoy a fantastic outdoor holiday, surrounded by breathtaking coastal walks, beaches and rolling Devon countryside.

The annual Jazz festivals, regattas and vibrant carnivals also provide a more dynamic ambience to this tranquil harbour town.

To the opposite bank of the River Teign guests can enjoy exploring the quaint fishing village of Shaldon and a fabulous range of restaurants and local pubs ensures guests a rich variety of local gastronomy to enjoy, from the unique ‘Crab shack’ in Teignmouth to the award-winning ‘Ode Restaurant’ in Shaldon.

Guests can also enjoy a fun-filled day out at ‘Go Ape’ in Haldon Forest, golf at the nearby Dawlish Warren Golf club and also a wide range of water sports, which are on the doorstep of the town’s ‘SeaSports South West’ centre and include sailing, power boat rides, paddle boarding and kayaking.

Exeter is also within easy driving distance along the M5 which connects to the nearby A379. The popular seaside town of Torbay and the charming market town of Newton Abbot are also easily within easy reach by public transport, and for those flying in Exeter International Airport is just 15 minutes drive away. Teignmouth can also be reached conveniently by train from London Paddington and Penzance.
