The apartment was built in 2012 and is part of a modern complex with its own swimming pool and a closed parking garage. The quiet surroundings and the direct proximity to the coast with various beaches, entertainment centers, golf courses etc. make the location of the apartment unique.

The apartment is located on the second floor and accessible by elevator. It consists of a living room with kitchen and two bedrooms. The bathroom is fresh and modern.

The other interior of the apartment is also modern. It is fully equipped and includes an air-conditioning system, TV with many international channels and a secure WiFi connection.

The kitchen is well equipped with all kitchen utensils and appliances such as a coffee machine, kettle, infrared hob, oven and washing machine.
When you arrive the apartment is clean and the beds are made. A one-off amount of € 50 is due for this service and the cleaning and final cleaning upon departure. Electricity according to consumption € 0.25 per kWh.

Het was weer genieten!

We komen hier bijna ieder jaar terug. En hebben ook dit jaar weer genoten. Nu de kinderen wat groter zijn, hebben we ook wat nieuwe strandjes en baaitjes ontdekt bij Cabo de Palos. Is 45 rijden maar is heg zeker waard. Erg mooi om te snorkelen. We zagen meteen een inktvis toen we onder water keken!

Super fijn en net appartement

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Een heel mooi en schoon appartement met een prachtig uitzicht vanaf het balkon. Rustige ligging in een spaans dorpje met een gezellige markt en leuke restaurantjes. Dicht bij het strand gelegen en een mooi zwembad om af te koelen. Een echte aanrader!
