The property is located above our family business. Although listed as a 3-bedroom apartment it is suited more for 4 guests. PLEASE NOTE: If your booking is for 4 persons or less then only ONE bathroom and TWO bedrooms will be available at the rate stated. However, the third bedroom and additional shower room can be made available for an addition fee. Also, please be aware that there is approx. 34 steps to climb before arriving at the front door of the flat! However, you will not be disappointed once you are inside as you will be greeted by a bright open plan kitchen/diner area which leads directly into two double bedrooms (one featuring a King-Sized Bed and one a Queen-Sized bed) and one room with two single beds. The floors are hard wood throughout and the kitchen features Split Level Oven, Microwave. There is a laundry room with Washer/Dryer & Iron & Ironing Board.

Family reunion

We had a wonderful stay as a family: my parents and sister in this flat. The flat is very clean, well arranged and in a quiet location. Very well situated for buses and underground. 30 minutes away by foot from Selfridges (Oxford street). Adrienne made sure we had a nice stay and communicating with her was very easy. I fully recommend the place. Thank you for a great week end.

An excellent apartment. Well-appointed, clean, quiet and super-convenient.

This delightful apartment is in a great location with Paddington station, a supermarket and many great restaurants nearby. We particularly enjoyed its quiet mews aspect, secure entry, spotless cleanliness, charming attic features, fresh Ikea styling, complete mini-kitchen, excellent showers and generous washer & dryer. Maria's timely communications and the self-check-in facility were also very helpful. The poorly assembled frame of the master bed took a little of the shine off, but we would still highly recommend staying in Maria's lovely apartment. Thank you for hosting us!

Great little place to easily explore London from

Stayed in the 2 bed mews with my 11 year old son. Perfect location from which to explore the sites of London and then relax at the end of the day. Had everything we required except access via WiFi or TV to the BBC for some strange reason! A nice quiet little street just off from the main road meant we were undisturbed. Would happily stay again.

Centrally located, clean, modern

My daughter and I enjoyed staying here. Both Marias were very accommodating. It was easy to get to anywhere in London. The apt was clean, modern and o didn’t mind the narrow staircase. I go to London every year. I hope this apt will be available next time .
