A Relaxing Getaway One Mile From Sandy Beach At Bantham, Nr. Salcombe, S. Devon.

This cosy getaway, nestled in a peaceful valley offers a rustic homely atmosphere amidst beautiful rural surroundings, 1 mile from Bantham’s sandy beach famous for its surfing. It is well presented and equipped, sleeps 5 in two bedrooms, bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining area with hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge/freezer. The lounge has satellite TV/DVD, selection of books, games, DVDs. All rooms have electric heaters. As mobile phone signal is poor there is a landline telephone for use if necessary. Outside is a veranda and contained lawn area, a decking area to enjoy the sun into the evening and sounds of the stream running along the valley. Willows has 2 parking spaces at the top of its driveway with a turning space. The site has slopes and steps and may not be suitable for the disabled. Well behaved dogs allowed at extra charge of £20 (2 maximum.)

Extra cleaning and sanitising measures are taken to ensure the comfort and safety of the guests. This includes 'fogging' (fumigating) the property after disinfecting and therefore check-in is now not before 5pm.

3 night stay

Super host and rental- cosy , welcoming and literally had everything we required. It was great having a fenced and gated garden so our dog could potter safely around. Have a wonderful relaxing stay.

Needs declarer, deep clean and update

The standard was not what was expected. Damp in twin bedroom and we had teenagers with asthma, no Wi-Fi working or internet or TV. Manager away. Lodge cluttered and dated. Very tired and I’m need of updating. Disappointing garden not well maintained, hoover didn’t work and not secure with lock on door.

August Family Holiday

Such a beautiful property in a stunning location. The cabin is just perfect and you are only a mile to the beach. Dartmouth is an easy drive away as is Salcombe. We cannot wait to come back!

Beautiful location close to the beach

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin with our two young children. The location was perfect for a short drive to Bantham beach & not far for other beaches in the area. The kids enjoyed the garden & watching the birds at the feeders. The cabin is well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, games, beach toys & books. Even with neighbours about it was very peaceful. We got good phone signal and WiFi as well as streaming movies on the smart tv. Thank you Astrid

Willows

We had a brilliant week at the Willows cabin. The cabin was clean, cosy and had the feel of a home from home. The cabin is well equipped with everything a family would need. The setting is very peaceful, with a short walk to Bantham. We will definitely be back. Thank you to our host, Astrid.
