This wonderful apartment is well located in one of the area’s most sought after developments. The gorgeous hillside setting offers impressive views over the both the beautifully formed bay of Sao Martinho and the Atlantic Ocean. Facilities at the complex are extensive and particularly suited to family holidays. A choice of three outdoor swimming pools are available to help you cool off from the radiant Portuguese sunshine. The kids will love the mini golf course and no doubt get a lot of use from the basketball hoops, tennis court and ping pong table. Parents might enjoy the gym and squash courts, or have a game of pool. Wireless broadband is available free of charge in the communal areas.

The property is spacious, practical, and designed to a superb specification to offer luxurious accommodation with 1 bedroom and a sofa-bed that can sleep 2.

There is a Jacuzzi bath in the bathroom and the property has its own private veranda.

Beautifully siuated apartment in Sao Martinho do Porto

Although the arrangements to gain access to the property were, to say the least, unusual, they did work.

We were very pleased with the development and our apartment which had a lovely view south over the Atlantic and the southern coast of Sao martinho. The communal swimming pool was very clean and warm enough to swim in each day in early Septemner.

All of the apartments in the development are privately owned and are well furnished. However, the supply of one dishcloth and one hand towel and bathtowel each for a stay of 13 days was disappointing. Similarly, whilst the apartment was very clean, it was devoid of any items , such as salt, washing up liquid etc and whilst the apartment had a dishwasher we were rluctant to have top purchase 50 tablets and so did all our own washing up.

We would certainly return again and reccommend the aprtment to others but feel that if the owner intends to rent out the apartment, more thought needs to be given to the resources provided.

Adoramos o espaço. O sofá cama ,deviam melhorar, não era cómodo e a TV, podia ter mais canais. De resto,muito bem cuidado,limpo e com uma vista ótima.
