House has one bedroom with a queen plus a twin daybed in the living room. The bathroom has a shower over tub.

Great location

A short walk to great restaurants, the beach, and markets. Comfortable bed, ample linens and more than needed to cook a complete meal in the kitchen.

Charming & Convenient!

We had an incredible stay at this Capitola Cottage. We enjoyed it for it's ideal location for my beach-comber husband and my quiet escape from the inland heat. A few highlights to mention: * A peaceful, private garden with hummingbirds that were great entertainment * A quiet neighborhood with pleasant neighbors * The short walk to the beach and dining and groceries * The furnishings were very comfortable and we easily cooked for ourselves in the fully appointed kitchen The photos don't do it justice for displaying its charm. We wanted for nothing, and look forward to a time we can come back again!

Peaceful Escape

Janet's cottage is the perfect tropical escape for 2-3 adults. My wife & I loved the gardens and comfy bed. Janet welcomed us and provided everything we needed- then an easy walk to Gayle's Bakery & the grocery took care of the rest! Great area.

Perfect trip.

Myself and my boys stayed at Janet's for a quick summer trip. It was so perfect. Super clean house with beautiful landscape. A fun hop, skip and a jump away to the beach. Not far from downtown Santa Cruz or the board walk. Great walking trails next to the huge creek that runs into the ocean. Super quiet neighborhood. Comfortably accommodated a family of four. Walking distance to coffee and super markets.

This tropical cottage is set apart from the bustle of the busy Village, yet it is close to all that Capitola offers. There are three separate areas in the garden to enjoy and it sleeps up to three guests at prices that are generous compared to other rentals. Local laws require that this be a 30 night minimal rental.
