LOCATION:

Villa Buganvilla 252 is located at Cocotal Golf & Country Club in Bavaro-Punta Cana, the Dominican Republic. The villa is located on the golf course with views of hole 2 (Benjamina).

Cocotal is a large, gated resort & residential community with 24-hour gated entrance and security. This is one of the premier locations in Bavaro, Punta Cana, and a favorite destination for families and golfers seeking a tropical retreat.

The resort offers several amenities, including a 27-hole inland golf course, golf practice facilities, a restaurant & sports bar located at the golf clubhouse, paddle tennis courts, a soccer field, large resort-style swimming pool, kids’ pool, sunloungers and Bali beds, lounge area, kids’ playground, and a mini market. For those looking to explore beyond the resort, Bavaro Beach is conveniently located only a short 5-minute drive from the entrance of Cocotal. There are also plenty of great local restaurants, bars, and shopping opportunities located just outside the resort.

Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) is located about 17 kilometers or about 10.5 miles from the resort’s entrance, and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is about a 3-hour drive away.

VIP inclusion: Access to Jellyfish Beach Club & Restaurant located on Bavaro Beach with complimentary transportation. The transportation is subject to availability and must be booked well in advance. A minimum consumption of US$ 20 per person at the bar/restaurant applies, and food and beverages from outside are not permitted at the beach club. NOTE: Food & beverages at the Jellyfish restaurant/bar and are not included in the villa rental and must be paid directly at the restaurant. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply! NOTE: Villa guests do not have access to the Melia/Palma Real Beach Club, which is only for property owners.

THE SPACE:

Buganvilla 252 is a cozy 4-bedroom, 4 1/2 bath, 2-story villa with a gorgeous outdoor oasis complete with a covered terrace with dining table and a sofa sitting area. Enjoy the refreshing swimming pool & Jacuzzi, and plush lounge chairs inviting you to unwind poolside. NOTE: The pool and Jacuzzi are not heated.

Inside, the villa offers contemporary elegance with minimalist décor accentuated by fresh modern furnishings and colorful Caribbean artwork. The airy open floor plan seamlessly blends the kitchen, dining, and living areas, enveloping you in comfort and warmth.

Downstairs, the spacious living room offers two distinct sitting areas with comfortable sofas and chairs – perfect for relaxation and bonding moments. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area adjoin the living space, providing convenience and functionality. For the ultimate vacation treat, you can choose to hire a private chef (for an additional cost) to cook all your meals at the villa (food and beverages are not included).

From the living/dining area, step out onto the furnished terrace, where you can soak up the sun, dine al fresco, and admire the serene garden overlooking the Cocotal golf course. Upstairs, retreat to the cozy TV room with oversized sofas and a dedicated workspace, offering tranquility and inspiration. Bedroom 2 (upstairs) with 1 king bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, closet, ensuite bathroom with shower, and access to the balcony with views of the pool and golf course.

Bedroom 3 (upstairs) with 1 Queen bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, closet, and ensuite bathroom with shower.

VILLA STAFF:

Housekeeper: The Spanish-speaking housekeeper will clean the villa, make the beds, and wash towels and linens (usually every 3rd day). We do not offer personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Villa Manager: You’ll also have an English- and Spanish-speaking villa manager available during your stay. This is your go-to person for any questions or if you need any services that you haven’t booked before your arrival. The villa manager will greet you when you arrive at the villa, check you in, and will be available daily throughout your entire stay.
