'Fisherman's house', 85 m2, ground floor plus 2 floors, each composed of 2 bedrooms, equipped to accommodate 8 people plus a cot. From the street access is via a private patio facing north, ideally located for shade and equipped with a table and 6 chairs
  The interior consists of an independent kitchen, a w.-c and a living room facing south and overlooking the terrace located along the water, equipped with teak furniture: a large table, 8 chairs, 3 deckchairs, a daybed, and a large parasol. The kitchen is equipped with 3 gas hobs, 2 ovens, one traditional, the other in the microwave, an American fridge with freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Small equipment: a coffee percolator, a mixer, a grill, a toaster, an iron including the board and a vacuum cleaner. In the living room, television set, DVD, radio and CD. WIFI INTERNET.
The 9mX3,8m mooring is equipped with a removable protective barrier, to avoid adventurous movements of small children !!!
Near the house parking for 2 cars on the 'RESIDENTS' car park.
1st FLOOR 1 bedroom equipped with two 90cmX200cm beds next to each other. This room faces south, overlooking the canal.
Street side, 1 bedroom with 2 separate beds of 90cmX200cm. A bathroom with a sink, a w.-c and a large shower.
2nd FLOOR 1 bedroom with 2 separate 90cmX200cm beds, facing south, with canal view. Television.

Handy for St Tropez
We were a group of sailors in Les Voiles de St Tropez yacht race week and used the villa for evening sleeping and breakfast. The location was good for road and ferry links and also for restaurants of a evening

Great house in a fantastic location
We had the pleasure of a week stay at this lovely house, plenty of space for the 7 of us. A perfect base for exploring the local area - right next to the main entrance into Port Grimaud, a very short walk to the lovely beach and opposite the Petit Train that takes you up to Grimaud village. Our children loved watching and trying to catch the fish off the end of the patio - kept them entertained for hours! Thank you Dirk for letting us use your lovely home, and for answering our queries leading up to our stay.

Un séjour reposant
Très belle maison, très bien équipée, décoration refaite à neuf. L'emplacement dans le village est optimal, proche du parking et de l'entrée du village, tout en étant à l'abri de la foule. Discussions sympathiques avec le propriétaire. La terrasse coté mer est idéale pour le petit déjeuner.
