Very Well Presented Property And Complex Close To El Campello Centre And Beach.

The property is situated on 2 levels with the 1st floor offering you an open plan lounge area with with its own chimney and access to a viewing terrace to take in the amazing views of the sea. The lounge also offers Satellite TV and WIFI.Also on this level is a fully equipped kitchen with all accessories. there is access to a down stairs toilet and the dining room area sits between the lounge and open plan American style kitchen area. The upper floor is where you will located the 2 bedrooms with one double bed and offering access to another balcony with breath taking views of the sea and the complex. The property is located on the first floor with access via the stairs, off street parking is available.

The views are to die for in this property which is well maintained throughout and within easy access of the local square, beach, tram station and the town of El Campello.

Please note the pool may not be open from November until the End of May.

Schöne Anlage mit mega Ausblick

Als wir ankamen, stand die "Vermieterin" schon vor der Ferienanlage, hat alles super geklappt!

Die Wohnung ist voll ausreichend. Was wir schade fanden, das es keine deutschen Fernsehprogramme gab (ab und zu möchte man ja auf den laufenden bleiben)! Da wir in der Vorsaison da waren, war der Pool leider noch nicht fertig, d.h. keine Pool-Nutzung !!!

This is a prime location and one of the best areas that El Campello as to offer. The are known as 'pueblo Españyol' is a much sought after are of the Costa Blanca coastline as you have the Town of El Campello on your door step but the peace and tranquillity of a Spanish Neighbourhood. The complex of Almadraba sits within 80 meters fo the Mediterranean sea and a small coved beach area. There is a nice restaurant within the complex grounds and a very short stroll you can locate the Square with its cosmopolitan bars and restaurants.

The main Town, marina and beach of El Campello is just a 10 minute pleasant walk away and you can take in a wide choice of Restaurants and bars along the way.

For further a field Towns and Villages why not take the cheap and reliable tram service which is located just 400 meters from the complex and can connect you to Benidorm, Alicante City, La Villajoyosa to mention just a few places of interest.. Terra mitaca theme park, Aqulandia & Mundamar Benidorm can be accessed via this tram system via a local connection of a bus service at the Benidorm end of the line.

There are a choice of local golf courses to choice from with the nearest just 10 minutes away via car or without a car Alicante Golf course is on the tram link. The airport at El Altet Alicante is 25 minute drive away so you are quickly starting to relax on your holiday.

the peaceful complex offers you the use of a spacious communal swimming pool and on site restaurant. Exit the complex and within 100 meters you can be taking a dip in the Mediterranean. Excellent location for family holidays.
