Beautiful Bungalow In Coveta Fuma With Excellent Sea Views and free WIFI

This is a little gem of a property and is certainly an 'home from home'. The bungalow as been made into an easy to use and well provided rental property.

There is an open feel to the lounge, kitchen and dining area which offers you air conditioning, English and Spanish Tv and WIFI, retreat onto the well sized balcony and sit with your glass of Sangria gazing out to the Mediterranean sea, well maintained gardens and swimming pool. There are 2 bedrooms (both with fitted wardrobes) with one double and 2 single beds and a shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped and modern with oven and hob, microwave etc.. even a sea view from the window. new doors and windows with mosquito blinds.

Lets take you back outside of the house and up the stairs to the roof terrace which is perfect for dining, sunbathing or just relaxing with once again panoramic views of the Mediterranean sea. The property is fully equipped both for summer and winter so it is an ideal place to take a well earned break throughout the year. Winter bookings.

Just like home....

We found this property very comfortable. The owners had provided everything you could possibly need and clearly had spent time making it feel homely. The complex was practically empty when we went, tennis court free to use at any time and pool too (much too cold for me in April but the kids went in!). We have stayed in the area many times and still find lots to do - people don't realize how beautiful it is inland . We would definitely stay there again when we next go back.

Coveta Fuma or 'smokey cove' as it translates to is just 4 kms from the centre of El Campello and is a much sought after area with people both owning and renting properties in this region of Alicante.

Jupiter Park sits in an elevated position so offers excellent views of the sea and the surrounding area, within 150 metres of the compels is the tram station Cala Pitaries were you can take the tram both to El Campello, Alicante heading South or in the North direction to la Villajoyosa and the popular resort of Benidorm.

The local square at Coveta Fuma is one tram stop away or a 15 minute walk and you will locate a fine selection of bars, restaurants and supermarket. Fine and there are a further two restaurants offers fresh fish, tapas and other gourmet delights to feast upon. There are other bars and restaurants are on the N332 with the popular 'Mimms' & Browns restaurants very popular. There are also 2 Spanish bars here but please take care when you walk to these bars along the road.

The complex offers you off street parking, the use of a well kept spacious communal swimming pool with shaded areas, tennis court and ample communal gardens.

The Bungalow itself is divine and as been reformed recently to an high standard. Enter the property via several steps and you will enter the open lounge, kitchen and dining area which offers you air conditioning, retreat onto the well sized balcony and sit with your glass of Vino gazing out to the Mediterranean sea, well maintained gardens and swimming pool. There are 2 bedrooms (both with fitted wardrobes) with one double and 2 single beds and a shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped and modern and you can even look out to sea whilst washing the dishes (not too many we hope).

Lets take you back outside of the house and up the stairs to the roof terrace which is perfect for dining, sunbathing or just relaxing with once again panoramic views of the Mediterranean sea. The property is fully equipped both for summer and winter so it is an ideal place to take a well earned break throughout the year.

The coastal Town of El Campello is just a 10 minute ride away on the fantastic tram system with 2 trams per hour heading in that direction, you can also take the line 1 tram straight in the City of Alicante and look around the beautiful Poert area or the tourist attraction of Alicante Castle. There are many fine restaurants both in Alicante and El Campello along with well kept promenades.

For people looking for the night-life there is of course Benidorm which is 35 minutes on the tram heading North and also offers attractions for the family such as Terra Mitica, Aqulandia, Munda mar.

We feel the area offers something for everyone and we will be only to happy in offering you our local knowledge and advice throughout your stay.

Regarding car hire the tram link can connect you to many places but please note that the complex is a little elevated so there is an hill and some steps to consider but there is also a bus service that takes you to the top of the complex.
