About this property

Our air-conditioned apartment has ample space for up to 4 people. It has two bedrooms, both with comfortable twin beds. The well equipped kitchen is next to a dining area which can seat 4 people. The main bathroom has a sink, shower and toilet. The en suite bathroom has a sink, toilet and bath/shower.

The main bedroom has a sliding door leading to the garden and there are views of the palm trees outside. The sliding door from the lounge also leads to the garden and enjoys view of the palm trees, garden and Aguilas Bay/castle.

Outside the apartment is a garden to relax and enjoy the sun or have a barbecue. Next to the garden there is a large area which is safe for children to play and which leads to a quiet, secluded swimming pool.

There are three sets of steep stairs leading from road down to apartment (with handrails). These are unsuitable for disabled or unfit people.

The apartment has been refurnished during 2017 with better mattresses on all the beds.

Garden chairs and relaxer chairs are provided as well as an outside table and parasol.

5 minutes drive to shops, beaches and bars.

The apartment is a drive of 30 minutes or less to the following towns and attractions:

- Lorca Golf Resort & Spa
- Calabardina (beautiful seaside resort)

realy nice Appartment, very good price,quiet area

We arrived later than eccpected, we had a pleasant welcome, the house keeper and his wife where really good and helpful, the little things of spring repairing where done nicely, the weather was nice and warm already, we had a car, (which is important to make your way arround) and the pool was a pleasant extra which we used until realy late in the evenings we where there with two children, we can recoment the appartment warmly, ;=) Regards Sandra and Dieter

séjour d'un mois en juin 2023

votre publicité citait un appartement au rez de chaussée alors qu'il faut monter trois étages à pied sans ascenseur pour arriver à un rez de chaussée sur une colline ; moi-même agé de 87 ans et deux jeunes handicapés dont l'un avait une jambe plus courte de 5cm mais très courageux en plus un acces à la porte de l'immeuble sur une colline je ne sortais en voiture surtout le matin et pas l'après midi trop fatigué. Très déçu du séjour.

Es war sehr schön

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in unserer Ferienwohnung. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und waren auch sehr traurig das wir wieder in das kalte Deutschland mussten. Aber wir kommen wieder denn wir lieben Aguilas.

My wife and I ran a business for many years and have now retired. We are looking forward to spending more time travelling and staying at our beautiful apartment in Aguilas.

Why they chose this property

My wife and I wanted an apartment in a typically spanish resort which had some real character. We travelled along the south east coast of Spain and out of all the places we visited, Aguilas stood out. We love the beach areas, we love the festival and everyone is so welcoming and friendly.

Aguilas was was of the only places where we could buy an apartment with a sea view within our budget and we are really happy with the position of the apartment. It is in it's own quiet spot with easy access to the swimming pool, which is secluded and very quiet.

What makes this property unique

Quiet location in the hills with excellent views of Aguilas bay and surrounding countryside.

Unique design which means the apartment does not look like a standard concrete block which is the style of many apartments.

The swimming pool is secluded and very close to apartment (two minutes walk).

The apartment is surrounded by palm trees and well designed gardens and it feels like a very natural setting.
