This recently renovated apartment is located in a historic district near the Louvre Museum. Located on the 5th floor (with elevator access), this is a sunny, quiet, and charismatic property.

The entry opens onto a large living room, which features hard wood floors and floor-to-ceiling windows. It flows into the kitchen, which is fully equipped with modern appliances and has plenty of counter space. The open floor plan is perfectly suited to cooking and entertaining.

The master suite has a queen sized bed, a big closet, and a tiled ensuite bathroom.The second bedroom, located on the opposite end of the apartment, has 2 twin beds and another ensuite bathroom.

The apartment has one toilet, which is just on the right as you enter the apartment.

Large, light-filled apartment in the heart of Paris

My daughter and I spent 8 nights in this lovely apartment situated in the heart of the 1st close to the Palais Royal, Louvre and Tuileries garden. Les Halles metro is close by which is great because many lines pass through this station. There are numerous restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. There is a wonderful patisserie/boulangerie steps away where we got fresh croissants every morning which we enjoyed with coffee from the Nespresso machine provided. (Be sure to pick up some Nespresso pods at the market.) The kitchen is large and well-equipped with modern appliances and washer/dryer. Despite 2 cafes steps away, the neighborhood is very quiet since the building is situated on a small street. Another amenity is the large smart TV with Netflix. Though we didn't spend much time watching TV, it was nice to be able to log into our account. The apartment is exactly as depicted. It is sparsely furnished/decorated so it feels a bit sterile (but no surprises based on photos). Others mentioned it, but I want to reiterate that there is one toilet in a tiny room near the front door. This is somewhat inconvenient and requires careful entry and exit as door doesn't completely open. They also need to add a toilet paper holder (no idea why they don't have one) so you don't have to reach behind you for the loose roll on the shelf. Glamaparis (managing company) was very responsive during the reservation process and answered all my questions prior to arrival as well as a couple of small issues that arose during our stay. Joao was waiting for us at the apartment when we arrived Sunday morning. We were thrilled that we were able to get in well before check-in time after a long flight from the West Coast. We had requested the second bedroom be switched from 2 twins to 1 large bed prior to our arrival, but this hadn't been done. Joao made sure it was rectified while we were gone the next day. Warning: the exterior shades in the master bedroom are broken. Since it gets a lot of light as window are big and curtains are white, bring eyeshades if you like a dark room. The elevator is very small, but fast. There were only 2 of us so it wasn't an issue, but more than 2 adults requires traveling in shifts or taking the 5 flights of stairs. Overall, this apartment was a great home away from home during our stay in Paris. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is very comfortable for a family vacation. Location could not be better.

We loved the apartment. Clean and well stocked. So close to metro and many of the sites we were interested in - the Lourve, D'Orsay, Picasso, Rodin museums and of course the cafes. We highly recommend.

My Parisian Dream Come True

My family of four (2 adults and 2 daughters - 2 year-old and 5-year old) had such an amazing first time visit to Paris. It was so wonderful to come home to a chic nice clean and big Parisian home for our 7-day stay. It was our first time to rent a home as opposed to a usual hotel room , and after our wonderful experience, we shall be booking properties instead of hotel rooms from now on.

We have been so happy with the property:

The listing description was accurate regarding the location, layout, facilities, etc. The location was excellent as it was near several areas of interest (Louvre, Royal Palace, etc.). We walked everywhere! A perk for us was the Nelson Mandela park with an amazing playground where our kids had a blast.

The property was clean and very well-maintained. The linens were indeed top quality linens and towels (same provider as 4 stars'

Parisian hotels).

A few drawbacks:

The elevator is super tiny - only two people can fit and the bathroom very small as well.

The noise from the restaurant downstairs easily seeps through the bedroom so we had to keep it closed the whole time.

These though did not take away from our awesome experience.

Overall GLAMAPARIS provided EXCELLENT customer service pre-trip, during our trip and after our trip. They were very professional. I always received a reply immediately.

I would definitely recommend this property to friends or relatives. When we go back to Paris, I would book this apartment again.

Beautiful Property!

This property was exactly as pictured and in the perfect location! Very clean and well appointed. Paul was excellent, provided us with information about the surrounding area and made us feel right at home. Loved working with Glam Paris and will definitely use them for our next trip to Paris!

Superb apartment in Paris

I've spent several days in this apartment and it was really fantastic! The location is more than perfect, it's situated in a very heart of Paris, close to Louvre, Palais Royal and Tuileries garden. And many others points of interest are accessible just by foot. Metro station is close to the apartment and supermarket is only 30 meters away from your door. In the same building there is small cafe and few meters away there is also a nice brasserie where you can have a good breakfast. I've arrived really late and it was nice surprise for me that close to the apartment there is a restaurant opened 24x7 which is really not so typical for Paris. And by the way it's indeed a very good restaurant - it was opened 70 years ago and it was the first in Paris which offered service 24 hours 7 days per week.

The apartment is really modern and has a lot of space with a lot of light and great atmosphere with many windows through all the walls. It was perfectly clean and very well equipped with all that you might need. At the same time it's really calm place as the building is situated on very small street without intense traffic. Bed is very comfortable and i can sleep really well.

Last but really not least - i need to highlight that Samia and Paul were very helpful and friendly! Both during my preparation for the trip - when i communicated with Samia by mail and she was very patient and supportive with all my last minute questions and also many many thanks to Paul who welcomed me and supported during my stay!

Great team! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay in Paris!

Pied à terre au coeur de Paris

C'était la seconde fois que nous séjournions dans cet appartement. Bien situé, plusieurs petits marchés et restaurants à proximité, tout près des halles... L'appartement a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour votre séjour. Cuisine bien équipée, salles de bain très propres et modernes, très bien éclairé. Un ascenseur vous aidera pour vos courses et valises, à noter qu'il est assez petit. L'accueil le jour de l'arrivée et le départ ne sont jamais compliqués. Merci pour le séjour!

Since 2015, a tourist tax of 0,83 € is charged per guest & per night (except for children under 18)

For shorter stays, the security deposit is typically made by credit card print, meaning no extra money is charged up front. Ask us for more details.

A representative will greet you at the apartment with the keys. This service is free of charge, with the exception of late check-ins (any day after 7pm), Sunday check-ins, and holiday check-ins. These incur a 50 €. fee. After 10pm, the fee increases to 75€.
Wifi, international calling, cable TV, and final cleaning are included in the rate.
