This charming 200 y.o. original stone house has been carefully renovated as a perfect holiday home. Outside in the completely walled and gated court yard you will find a private pool, kids outside playground (slide, swing, trampoline) and indoor playroom, covered dining area, BBQ, plenty of seating and sun loungers. Inside there are 4 bedrooms all en suite, air conditioned and with satellite LCD TV. This property is just a short drive from the beaches in Porec and all that Istria has to offer.. yet it is a perfectly relaxing and quiet family retreat. Plenty of activities at the house with a pool table and 4 bikes.

A first class house, full of character.

The house is centrally located in Istria so nothing is too far away. The villa is spacious and was impeccably clean when we arrived. The layout is on multi level with a well fitted out kitchen. Pool was clean and was a welcome respite from the heat of the day. A pool table and some arcade games were an added bonus.

The owner Marko was very friendly and really helpful; pointing out places to go and places to eat.

I would recommend his Brother's restaurant Conoba Dolina near Motovun.

The property was lovely. Clean and very spacious

The property was wonderful and in a lovely position. Parking easy-just outside the house. Great facilities for kids too -pool,swings,pool table,trampoline etc. The owners were amazingly helpful - even to the extent of picking up my son and his wife in Porec after a meal, to save taxi fares.The owner asked was there anything the house needed that was not already provided. We explained to him that although there was plenty of cutlery, crockery etc. a few more actual cooking utensils e.g. fish slice, maybe garlic press etc. would be handy. Anything we asked for, he brought and was always on hand if we needed any help. The rooms were all spacious and nicely decorated. So many beautiful places to visit within easy reach - Porec, Rovinj, Montaban. Wonderful scenery, extremely friendly people and inexpensive restaurants (still using the kuna). Lovely walks from the house too. A brilliant holiday - would recommend it to anyone.

Einfach Traumhaft

Ein wirklich empfehlenswertes Haus und Vermieter.

Wir waren Ende September eine Woche hier Gäste.

Marco und seine Frau sind äusserst liebenswerte Vermieter die sich um die Belange ihrer Gäste sehr gerne kümmern. Wir wurden freundlich und nett empfangen und haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und wohnlich mordern. Fernseher (für die, die es brauchen) gibt es in jedem Zimmer. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet (ein Wasserkocher, Toaster und Eierbecher wären noch wünschenswert). Die beiden Aussensitzplätze laden bei warmen Temperaturen zum verweilen ein.

Für Gäste mit Vierbeinern. Das Grundstück ist komplett geschlossen und man kann seine Hunde auch mal alleine lassen. Möglichkeiten für Spaziergänge sind ausreichend gegeben. Ein wunderschönes Waldstück ist schnell per Fuss erreicht.

In Porec ist man sehr schnell es es bieten sich einem alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Istria is indeed a feast for the eyes. Its streams flow to the sea through deep valleys and gullies which bring to mind the ancient local myths about giants. Rolling hills overlook the fields and valleys with little towns perched on the peaks, recalling some old paintings.

This stone house is located in the small Istrian village of Basici. It is perfectly quiet and relaxing, yet the busy tourist centre of Porec and the beaches are just a short drive away. The village is 3 min. away from Baderna and Tinjan, where are all facilities and direct access to the fast road to Pula and Trieste Airports.(Ryanair, FlyGlobespan, Thomson, Norwegian Air Shuttle, Tuifly, German Wings, Sterling, Wizzair and many Russian charter flights).

The tourist city of Porec is 15 min away. Rovinj and Pula and other highlights you are just a short drive away. Just 15 minutes away from the property you can find nearest beaches with a lot of quiet places to relax.
