This beautiful country home is situated only 5 minutes from the quaint fishing town of Lampolla. The country home is totally fenced in and child friendly. The house has 3 double bedrooms, 1 with en suite and veranda with fantastic sea views. A new luxury fitted kitchen with dishwfridge freezer and large oven. Very large living area with TV and dining table, leading into a sunny conservatory. Downstairs bathroom with antique bath and shower. There is a large BBQ area with a impressive outdoor oven, rustic bamboo umbrellas, A table and chairs and parasol. Large garden with splash pool. We have another property on the land.

About Maxine Snaith

We have lived in Catalonia for 10 years. We came with our children for a slower pace of life to enjoy the culture and great lifestyle. We have rented properties now for 5 years. We make sure all our guests are priority. My husband has his own metal business in El Perello. My children have gone to school here and are fluent in Catalan. We have a wonderful life here, and enjoy keeping animals. We have ducks, chickens, cats, and a dog, (no cockerels), Not to mention Castana our 4 year old horse. We make sure all our guests have the perfect holiday, and we are always at hand 24 hours day.

We found this area by off chance, we drove into L'ampolla while house hunting and fell in love with the area. We have no regrets and love the lifestyle. We have rented out many properties over the last 4 years, and make sure all our guests are catered for. We have met some wonderful guests and are still friends with most of them now. We have had repeat bookings many times. This property is new to this site, and we know whoever stays will not want to leave, it is full of charm!.

What makes this chateau / country house unique

We fell in love with this house as it was not very far from Lampolla. With having 3 teenage girls we found we needed to be near the town. We live in the country, but only a 5 minute drive to the nearest town.

Excellente location

Située dans les hauteurs et les oliviers de l'Ampolla, cette location est un havre de paix et permet de se ressourcer en toute quiétude.

Maxine et Steve sont de charmants hôtes disponibles et très bon vivants.

La maison très british, à mon goût, est à découvrir absolument.

Nous y avons passé 15 jours magnifiques et tous et toutes gardons de ce séjour de merveilleux souvenirs, en partie grâce à nos hôtes.

Nous vous recommandons cette location.

Excellente location

L'accueil même à 1h30 du matin est aussi chaleureux qu'au matin à l'heure du petit déjeuner.

Maxine et Steve ont été de très charmants hôtes et n'hésitent pas à vous rendre service si besoin.

Reculée dans les hauteurs de l'Ampolla et dans les oliveraies, cette location permet de bénéficier de calme, de tranquillité.

La maison très british à l'intérieur est spacieuse et à découvrir absolument.

Très bon investissement et de très bons souvenirs.

L'Ampolla is situated on the coast, it boasts a fabulous marina with many restaraunts where you can sample all the local dishes. This area is famous for it's rice produce, so the local paella is delicious. For families with children Porta Ventura is only 30 minutes away. It is one of Europe's largest theme parks with many new rides added every year, it offers something for everyone. Miravet is also a tourist attraction, there is a medieval castle which you can explore, the views are amazing. You can find everything in our town. The sea, the land and the river create landscapes so diverse that the Mediterranean pears enviously over the Bay of Fangar, contemplating the visions that each new day brings. Just like the bay, the edges between one feature and another blend together.... in fact, who can really say where the sea, the river or the land, or even you and I, begin or end? Most beaches are blue flag and safe for families, most of them have life guards. There is also many traditional festivals all through the year that are not to be missed. For bird watchers it is paradise there are many unusual species that live on the delta. This area has something to offer everyone!!
