Welcome to Sunglasses & Sunsets located on the white sandy gulf beach of Redington Shores, Florida. We purchased this gorgeous condo in 2017. Everything was bought new, including our King size Serta iComfort mattress and Queen size Beautyrest pillow top . There is also a new leather sectional with a memory gel foam queen size sleeper. Three Samsung Tv's sized 55", 42" and 32" and free Wifi(100mbps). Netflix included on living area TV and master TV. Kitchen is granite and baths have been completely renovated with granite and custom tile. No need to go to a laundromat as we have a front loading washer and dryer. After a day at the private heated pool and spa, or walking the beautiful beach that is just steps away, come relax on our balcony with views of the gulf. There are inter-coastal views from each bedroom and balcony. Master also has a walk out.
Trolley stop is right outside our building that you can ride from Clearwater to St. Pete. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance or a short Uber ride away. We are located 8 miles south of Clearwater and approximately 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport and even closer to St. Pete/Clearwater Airport.
Come relax and enjoy this gorgeous beach in our home. We want to share this magical place with you.

Brilliant location right next to the beach

The property is located on a perfect beach location. You can literally walk outside to the pool or the beach or both the choice is yours! The beach has beautiful sand and amazing sunsets you have everything you need including chairs umbrellas and cool boxes inside to make the most of your time here. Conveniently near other areas such as Clearwater and St Pete’s so plenty of choices if you like to go out and explore. Some fabulous restaurants nearby offering great food and cocktails if you like to eat out which we did. We had the privilege of meeting the owners and they were really friendly and helpful. Easy access arrangements on arrival and departure which is also a bonus.

We all enjoyed our stay.. Condo was Very clean. Location was great. Had a problem with the TV but Elliot got it taken care of right away.. I would highly recommend this condo..

San Remo #302

Wish I had known about the construction —-very loud and made common area dirty/slow elevator (them using). But condo itself was very clean —just a few things Broken chair, instructions for W/D and TV would have been very helpful. Overall it is a great place!

Fantastic stay!

What a perfect location and a great condo! The trolley stop was right out front. It’s also located next to the Seabird Sanctuary (which our daughter absolutely loved). We had a great trip! Easy to drive to Tampa and Clearwater for day trips, or you could take the trolley.

My husband and I grew up in the Chicago area and currently reside in Cincinnati, Ohio. My family moved to the St. Petersburg area over 30 years ago. Sadly, my sister Lynne passed away from breast cancer in 2011. Her son, his wife and 3 beautiful children live in Seminole. Owning this condo and sharing it with others allows us the ability to visit more often and keep our family close. Spending time at the beach and pool is fun for all of us. We are making special memories together and hope you will too.
