We had a fabulous week. Nykola was a fabulous host who was always on hand to help and advise. The house is beautiful and, given the 40 degree heat, the pool at the property was very welcome. Thank you, Nykola, for making our trip a great success.

Lovely villa hidden in the olive groves.

We had a fantastic week at the villa, and were delighted with it overall. We did struggle to find the property in the dark though, as there are no signs. It should also be noted that the tap water is not drinkable. The pool was absolutely wonderful! Thank you for the welcome pack - and for a great stay.

Perfect stay

A perfect base for exploring Puglia. The house was lovely, clean and modern. The roof terrace was so nice to enjoy an evening meal watching the sunset. Having friends in the area, would definitely consider staying here again. Thank you

A beautiful house surrounded by olive trees

Thank you Matt & Nykola for all the welcoming details on our arrival after a long drive from Roma. We had a wonderful relaxed family holiday, as 3 couples the house worked perfectly, lots of space, beautiful bathrooms and as foodies a great kitchen to cook up local produce. The outside spaces are well placed, the rooftop for morning yoga and the sea views, the poolside for relaxing, (and of course playing like kids again in the heated pool) the outside dining tables to follow the sun around until it sets over the olive trees. The white and stone interior and exterior are quietly stylish with a calming relaxing feel, we didn't want to leave.

Beautiful property in serene location

We had an amazing time, the property worked well for our two families and couldn't be faulted. Even in early April the pool was really warm and a lovely place to come back to after a day out in Puglia. Puglia itself was a real find for us, lots to do, great restaurants and friendly people. Specific highlights included our day trip to Lecce, Zoosafari which the kids loved and the caves at Grotte Castellana. The owner was really helpful throughout, including getting us reservations at local restaurants.
