Enjoy your time in sunny Scottsdale in our renovated, fully-equipped townhouse condominium! Don't be confined to a cramped hotel room! Great location, just 10 minutes from Old Town or Tempe and 15 minutes from PHX Airport.

For your peace of mind, we offer contactless check-in and detailed sanitization between guests. Extra attention is given to all high-touch areas (counters, door knobs, remotes, all handles, light switches, etc). These areas are sanitized with isopropyl alcohol based cleaner.

Perfect for retirees, business travelers, couples getaways & small families, the condo sleeps 4 in beds or 5 using the living room sofa. There are 2 Community pools (one heated, one not) + spa in the complex, just a short stroll away. Beach towels are provided in the condo.

When you're not taking advantage of all there is to do in Scottsdale, the beautifully furnished living room is a great place to relax & rejuvenate. It has an extra deep Lounge sofa from Crate & Barrel, side chair, soft pillows & throws, a cushy rug & lacquered coffee tables. Free broadband internet, WiFi & a Smart TV with sound bar are provided for your entertainment. Sliders lead to your private, furnished patio.

The fully equipped kitchen features maple cabinets, granite counters, newer SS appliances and has everything you need. Pots, pans, utensils, dishware, toaster, & Keurig. Coffee & tea K-cups, spices & cooking staples are also provided. There's also a bar cabinet with plenty of glassware for celebrations!

Upstairs are gorgeous hardwood floors in both bedrooms and hallway. Master bedroom has a Queen pillow top mattress, en-suite bath with 2 sinks, granite counter and a small balcony. The Guest bedroom has a premium Queen Memory Foam mattress, it's own hall bath with granite counter and another balcony. Body wash and shampoos are provided in both bathrooms. Games & puzzles are on hand in the walk in closet for rainy days.

The townhouse has a newer heat pump/AC, hot water tank, furniture, bedding, soft towels and decor throughout. Your own full-sized washer & dryer are in the laundry room, adjacent to the modest, attached, private one-car garage. Laundry soaps & softeners are provided.

The free Trolley line is just steps away; take it to Old Town and leave your car in the garage. You'll love the location; close to all that Scottsdale has to offer, including Mill Ave/Tempe, Old Town Scottsdale, Tempe Marketplace, ASU, Casino Arizona, Talking Stick, Taliesen West, Camelback Mountain, water parks, OdySea Aquarium, Barrett Jackson & Spring Training Facilities. Amazing vacation

I don't know if I can say all the positive things that I want to about this location. It was the easiest checkins/checkouts that I have experienced with VRBO. The location was so handy to get around the area. The home was perfect. I don't think that there was anything that we would have changed. Jill was so nice and communication was great. We found the Eldorado Park nearby to go walking at the corner of McDowell & 77th St. A lot of great little restaurants nearby as all. Thank you, Jill! Your place & hospitality made it very difficult to go to cold WI.

Comfortable Senior Stay

Great Location

We used the condo as a base for day trips to area golf courses, and other outings to enjoy the Scottsdale area, and the location was centralized well for trips in all directions. The condo has all the amenities needed for our week long stay, with comfortable sitting area and bedrooms to recharge after a day of activities.

We purchased this condo in 2011 for my daughter to use while attending ASU. She decided to move to San Diego and we love this location so much, we couldn't part with the condo. So we embarked on a major renovation to turn it into a "home away from home" for fellow travelers. We hope that you will enjoy your stay here as much as we do when we visit AZ!

What makes this property unique

Having the bedrooms upstairs with two private balconies, as well as the furnished patio downstairs means that everyone gets to spread out and enjoy some private time when needed. The living room is spacious enough that everyone can gather & enjoy each other's company, but if you just want to read a book in the sunshine, you can retreat upstairs!
