ecluded villa located in This stunning villa is new to the holiday market and is furnished throughout to a very high standard. It is in a great location only 15/20 minutes walk into Playa Blanca town, with its good selection of bars and restaurants, it is also in walking distance to the new Playa Blanca water parks. The large and airy lounge has patio doors opening onto the private pool/patio area, the lounge has comfortable seating, 42” flat screen TV with full UK Sky TV package, DVD player and CD/stereo system. The dining area seats 6 and overlooks the pool area. There are 2 double bedrooms, the master has en-suite facilities and a separate dressing area. There is also a separate family bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with all mod-cons. Outside you will find a coal BBQ, 4 sun loungers and a 4 hole putting green – a golf’s paradise! There is also unlimited access to the tennis courts within the community. The pool has an electric heater available for the cooler months.

Wow over the moon

We were very well pleased. Upon arrival the Villa was lovely and clean. We felt so comfortable and feel so well for our stay. It was very peaceful and David Meaton and his team looked so well after us we had no worries everything seemed so easy and this was much appreciated.

Excellent villa and company

First of all the owner/managements of A1 villas where extraordinary helpful and catering, they catered for every aspect for our stay for example the villa we stayed at had two double beds but we needed one double and two singles which they arranged for us. Secondly this villa had no air conditioning so we asked A1 villas to hire 2 air con units (at our cost) and they did and the amount they charged us for these 2 air con units where far cheaper then what we could found online. Also we where at the villa for 3 weeks and our 14 year old son could not imagine having no guitar for 3 weeks so once again A1 villas came to the rescue and hired us a guitar for a very very reasonable price.

Wi fi very good.

The villa was welcoming and homely with very good fixtures, fittings and furniture, it was also very Modern and spotlessly clean. It was very spacious. Whoever furnished this villa took real pride in it and did not skimp on price when doing so.

The pool was very private and the outdoor furniture was top quality, not your usual plastic tac.

The villa is about a 15/20 minute walk to the resort/beach or 4 euros in a taxi, so it was ideally located.

Thank you A1 villas for a lovely holiday, we know where to come now when booking a villa.

First class villa everything was perfect will be staying again We felt that a car was needed just a bit to far to walk into Playa Blanca but a car for 2 weeks at 110 euros was fantastic.

Cost of fuel for 2 weeks 10euros?

Very impressed

Just returned from a week at this villa very impressed! Well equipped spotless clean attention to detail excellent ! We had great weather that enabled us to make the most of this villa payed extra to have the pool heated a must for this time of year! Close to playa blanca 20min walk 4euros back in taxi had a few problems with wifi that were sorted efficiently all in all a great place to stay had a fabulous holiday

Excellent Villa

The villa was exactly as described and the photographs were an accurate representation. The villa was clean with good amenities. The agents were very efficient and prompt to deal with any query. A request for an early check-in was facilitated. The refund of the deposit was organised seamlessly about 1 week after our return.

The villa is about a 20 minute walk from the beach and town. We liked the marina area, which is really a car ride away. There is a local shop very near which is convenient. The area is quiet, apart from very occasional use of the tennis court next to the villa. The pool is small but is heated and was great even in Feb.

We loved the villa and Playa Blanca.

A clean and well presented villa

A clean and well presented villa with the agents very helpful and friendly to deal with. Being of a senior age we did find a handrail would of made it safer getting in and out of the pool as the steps are quite steep. Playa Blanca was a 30 minute walk away and the taxis are good and cheap but we did find a hire car a necessity. But we really enjoyed our stay, would love to return and would definitely recommend to others

This beautiful villa is situated in the idyllic town of Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. Playa Blanca is known for its glorious white sandy beaches, there are three such beaches within easy reach of the villa and just a little further out of town are the famous Papagayo beaches with their crystal clear waters, white sand and coves. Playa Blanca town itself has lots to offer, there are plenty of good quality restaurants with a wide range of different cuisines from traditional Canarian through to Indian and Mexican. Also we have several bars offering live music or sport – whichever you prefer. The villa is also a great base if you wish to see more of the island, the renown Timanfaya Volcanic Mountains are only a short drive away, also the Cesar Manrique house and museum is a great visit. Water sports are readily available on Dorada beach or for the more discerning sports enthusiasts visit Famara beach – great for surfing, body boarding and even kite-surfing
