Appréciation

Très bel appartement bien agencé et bien situé. Seul bémol : les travaux incessants toute la journée, hors We, à seulement quelques mètres du téléporté mais qui devraient cependant prendre fin d'ici le mois de décembre 2023 ainsi qu'un voisin peu respectueux qui passe de façon aléatoire de la musique forte à toute heure de la nuit. Le principe d'accueil par une personne reste intéressant mais inutile dans ce cas précis puisqu'il convient de s'adapter à ses horaires après et avant de passer de nombreuses heures de route simplement pour vérifier que le ménage a été réalisé et mettre un nouveau sac poubelle, il n'y a donc aucune plus-value mais seulement une contrainte pour le vacancier/curiste à ce type de prestations puisque l'appartement a été suffisamment bien conçu et agrémenté pour rapidement faire face aux nécessités des usages quotidiens. Pour conclure, Madame Figuier, la propriétaire, demeure une interlocutrice de qualité, très disponible et à l'écoute.

Sympathique séjour à 20 metres des oeufs ...

OK, l’immeuble ne paye pas de mine. Mais l’appartement est très bien aménagé et s’avère très confortable (pour 2 adultes et 1 enfants). Et la proximité immédiate des télécabines permet de raccourcir au maximum le portage des skis, ce qui est très appréciable, surtout en famille.

Une tres bonne semaine passe a Luchon

En l absence de Mme Figuier, nous avons été très bien reçu par Mr Labbé dans un appartement très bien situer et confortable.Malgré l'absence de neige a la station, nous avons bien profite de notre semaine...(promenade en montagne,magnifique cascades, bains aux thermes,journée à la station de Baqueira en Espagne,très belle station,nous sommes allés à Lourde par les cols,superbe vue.....).Alors pourquoi pas partir a Luchon.
