Wonderful 4 bedroom house just 400 meters from the beach with a private swimming pool and an external and internal Jacuzzi. This two-story modern designed 360sqm house is set within a total land area of 1000sqm and offers a host of facilities and utilities for your living pleasure. This is a spacious property with a large garden that incorporates a lawn area with beautiful Palm trees scattered around the luxurious swimming pool and adjoining external Jacuzzi. The garden is filled to the brim with secluded seating areas, alongside a large space surrounding the pool, which is perfect for relaxing on a lounger and taking in the sun rays.

This fully-furnished property offers 4 bedrooms, all of which have en-suite bathrooms and wardrobes. These air-conditioned surroundings comprise a lounge, dining room, western kitchen, not to mention the large terrace and balconies stretching all around the second floor, providing great views of the mountains and river that flows next to the house.

The open plan living space is fully air-conditioned and consists of a lounge and dining area that are fully equipped with high-quality furniture such as a luxurious L-shaped leather settee, a small wooden coffee table, a large wooden wall unit with a television and a 8-seat wooden dining table. This area is decorated with light-tone ceramic tiled floors and painted white walls, and offers nice views out to the pool and garden through the tall windows.

The western standard kitchen is decorated in light-tones, and is fitted with high-quality units and granite work surfaces that offer a good choice of space for storage and food preparation. The western kitchen is also fitted with a host of modern appliances, including an ice-machine, that ensure you have lots of options for your cooking pleasure.

The 4 bedrooms are also decorated in light-tones within spacious areas that all offer walk-in wardrobes, double beds and en-suite bathrooms. All of the bathrooms has a shower, while the master bathroom also has an internal Jacuzzi that provides a luxury feel to the surroundings.

For the first time, we managed to finally arrange a reunion with all familly members, and the location and house worked out great for all of us. The spacious and cozy house with big bedrooms and all ensuite bathrooms could easily accomodate four persons in each room. The kids loved the pool!! Many thanks for all help with arranging everything.

Great beach house in tropical paradise Khao Lak

This property has everything we wanted, making our vacation one of the best we have had. We warmly recommend it and will definately come back!

Our family lives in different parts of the world, so we all decided to meet up in this lovely village on the Thai west coast this year. The transfer from Phuket airport was easy and took around an hour, by the airport shuttle taxis available just outside the terminal building.

The property is very large with swimming pool nicely set behind the building as well as a lounge and barbeque area which we used extensively. Each bedroom was spacious with separate en suite bathrooms for all bedrooms. Internet was available via WiFi and Satellite TV as well. Large equiped kitchen with all cooking utensils.

The location of the house was great, as most of us walked to the beach and restauants every day, making it very easy to get around. The night market was litterally up the road, offering large selection of souvenirs and all kinds of food produce you can imagine.

We can recommend to take a diving course while you are in Khao Lak, with very affordable courses from so many dive centers, who also offer day trips to the famous Similian Islands, known for one of the best dive sites in the world.

Beautiful large house in prime location

I warmly recommend this house for your next trip to this lovely tourist village on the Thai westcoast. We had a fabulous time and will definately come back!

You have everything you need, very large bedrooms which all have their own separate bathroom so it's very convenient for friends or extended families to all stay together under one roof - something we found a gret feature of this house.

The kitchen is well equiped and there is a gas barbeque outside on the patio which we really enjoyed through the entire stay, not to mention the clean and well maintained swimming pool and surrounding garden.

The property is very conveniently located around some large resort complexes very close to the beach and several restaurants, shopping and the night market is also on walking distance where you can find all kinds of clothes, souvenirs and great food at very reasonable prices.

The Thai hospitality is something very special, making you feel welcome everywhere you go. Thailand is truly the land of smiles and Khao Lak is true paradise.

Very spacious, great swimming pool, best location

We probably had the best vacation of our life, during our stay in this lovely house in Khao Lak some weeks ago.

The two-floor beach house with wonderful views of the back-drop hills from the second floor balconies, very well designed garden with swimming pool and barbeque area was extensively used by all of us, but what really made this house stand out was the location – litterally walking distance to everything in the area.

We where looking for a vacation home that gave us peace of mind of not worrying about having to rent cars, just walk down to the beach or to the restaurants and shopping, which was exactly what this property gave us.

The entire property is very well maintained by the house keepers, with very clean and tidy bedrooms as well as all the en-suite bathrooms. All the bedrooms are very large with separate bathroom for all of them, which we found very practical as we were a group of 3 different families coming together and live under one roof for 2 weeks. Some of us had children that easily could sleep on the extra beds provided without any space problems as the bedrooms where so large and there is even a walk in wardrobe In all rooms.

From the airport in Phuket we took the airport taxis, witout any problems what so ever, and at reasonable prices. We requested for a large van as we happened to arrive at almost the same time all of us. On the way back we simply used one of the local taxi providers in Khao Lak, and took two large cars, which ended up at almost the same price as the van.

We can warmly recommend this property for your next vacation, and we will for sure return to Khao Lak sometime in the future!

Very nice and clean house - fantastic location

We had never been to Asia before, and was worried about how difficult it would be to rent a private home in this part of the world.

I can warmly recommend this house, and we had no problems taking the taxi shuttle service from the airport to the house.

The spacious areas inside the house as well as in the garden are great for a large family or group of friends, especially as every bedroom is very large and has it's own separate bathroom which we found very convenient.

The property was very well maintained, clean rooms and bathrooms and very nicely gardened, not to mention the lovely pool area where we spent many evenings.

What we found extremely different from other vacations, were the vast variety of animals - something we are not used to in Europe. Especially the geckos that are sitting on the wall light eating insects that are drawn to the lights.

The location is very nice, and we found no need to rent any vehicle for transportation. You can easily walk to any points of interest including the beach, shopping areas, restaurants or the local bus stop up by the highway.

The absolutely best day trip we made, was the diving excursion to the Similian Islands which was by far the best diving we have ever been on - fantastic coral reefs and a huge variety of sea life, not to mention the warm and clear water makes this destination world class.

Also do not miss out on the visit to one of the beach hut massage places, they are offering great full body massage for very cheap prices.

Idyllic and tranquil villa, but still close to all

The house is located on a side road off Bang Niang beach road at Khao Lak. There are plots of land for sale along the road, but this is the only house which has been realised, so it stands alone in the forest. It is exceptionally quiet and secluded, but only a 10 minute walk (with children!) to the road linking the Highway to the beach, and a 15 minute walk back up to the main highway 4 between Ranong and Phuket, or down to the beach. A tidal river flows at the back of garden, which makes the location a paradise for bird watching. We saw Brahimny kites, Taylorbirds, Sunbirds, Greater Coucals, Kingfishers, Herons and numerous other birds which we have yet to identify. There is also a myriad of butterflies, and some small squirrel-like mammals. In the evenings the fireflies put on a display. The house itself sports a welcome collection of geckos.

The house is a tastefully furnished 4 bedroom villa. The ground floor is an open plan living/ dining / kitchen area arranged around the stairwell. There is also a separate laundry and garage. Two of the bedrooms are upstairs in this building above the living area, whilst the other two bedrooms are in an annex, one bedroom upstairs and one downstairs. These two rooms are reached by either walking past the pool, or via an external walkway. This provides privacy for those using these rooms, but is not convenient for young children. All bedrooms are spacious doubles with en suite bathrooms. The garden is well-kept, walled and private. The pool is 1.5m at its deepest and is an ideal play-pool for children. There are several shaded sitting areas outside, both upstairs and down.

The house was very clean and well-maintained, although the wood in the house does show the usual signs of tropical damp. We were welcomed with a fruit basket, fresh flowers and some drinks in the fridge. There is air conditioning, a dishwasher, washer and dryer. The electricity is metered and must be paid for on leaving the property. You have to take your own rubbish back to the village to deposit this in the green bins in the street.

The road between Highway 4 and Bang Niang beach has many shops and amenities, all low-key and friendly. Here you can find bars, restaurants, resorts, massage parlours, tailors, ATMs, mini-markets and tour agents, whilst at the junction of Highway 4 and Bang Niang beach road is a small 7/11 store, more restaurants and the local Saturday market is held here.

About Khao Lak:

Khao Lak is the most popular tourist destination outside of Phuket, mainly because of its 7 km of paradise white beach, world class diving islands off the coast, several famous 5 star spa resorts, excellent choice of international restaurants and bars. All this set in a relaxed atmosphere making it a perfect destination for a wonderful vacation. The tranquil tourist resort of Khao Lak can be found 70km north of Phuket International Airport and can be accessed in less than one hour.

The house is situated in a perfect location on the best beach in Khao lak with walking distance to excellent restaurants, pubs, internet cafés, shopping, night market and several 5-star spa resorts including the famous La Flora Resort and Mukhdara Beach & Resort complexes, and of course - only 400 meters to the beach.

We have carefully designed our paradise home by ourselves around the beach house concept, with focus on spaciousness and privacy yet comfortable and accessible. The location is excellent with walking distance to beach, shopping streets, a large number of international and local restaurants as well as the famous Night Market where you can find all kinds of food as well as souvenirs and clothes. All of the 4 bedrooms are very large with their separate walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom which makes it a perfect house for large family gatherings or groups of friends. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for make a party, together with the barbecue located next to the swimming pool lounge area.
