Smart two bedroom apartment located close to the centre of Edinburgh and also within walking distance of Murrayfield Stadium. Stunning views of Edinburgh Castle and city skyline.

The accommodation consists of two bedrooms (one king-size double, one twin), spacious sitting room with balcony, dining hall, kitchen and newly fitted shower room.

Fully equipped kitchen contains fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, cooker and microwave.

The apartment is well located for shops, cafes, bars and restaurants but is also on a regular bus route with a five minute journey to all city centre amenities. Free parking is available in the grounds of the apartment or in surrounding streets.

Lovely comfortable apartment

Very clean, bright & comfortable apartment ideally situated on a bus route or an easy walk into city centre. Close to a supermarket & other shops. Kitchen very well equipped with everything we could possibly need. Owner very quick to respond to emails & met us on arrival. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay thank you. Highly recommended!

Clean, warm and welcoming

This was a lovely clean flat with everything we required for our "rugby weekend" stay. Parking was easy to find even if the designated parking was full- we arrived late and easily found safe, street parking.

Cooking facilities are great and beds really comfortable - too comfortable for teenage boys, making it even more difficult to get them out!

We walked into the city - a comfortable half hour walk, just under 2 miles, but taxis and buses are easy to find too.

Would certainly stay here again - excellent value for money and the owner responds quickly and efficiently. No hesitation to recommend.

Quiet, safe. Perfect for a family

Came for New Years (Hogmanay) with my husband and our two sons ages 21 and 17. This was an easy 5-10 min bus ride or taxi to the heart of town, but just far enough to be quiet. Safe neighborhood. easy walk to large local grocery store (similar to Target) and many restaurants. Great communication with owner, who provided many thoughtful touches. She went out of her way to be helpful. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay there again. Good wi-fi!

Nice and practible for holiday in Edinburgh

We stayed there for one week. The flat is clean, comfortable and large enough. You have a beautiful few at the Edinburgh castle. The kitchen is equipped with lot of things for cooking, like spices, oil or tea. Also it has WIFI and 3D-TV.

A supermarket and other shops are not far away. You can go by bus or on foot to the city center. The busstop is two minutes away fom the flat. At least 4 lines go to city.

The landlords were verry friendly, they picked up us from the airport and gave tips for a nice holiday. We had a pleasent time in Edinburg.

The apartment is well situated for a multi cultural visit to the beautiful and historic city of Edinburgh with many visitor attractions such as Edinburgh Castle, The Palace of Holyrood, The Royal Yacht Brittania as well as numerous art galleries and museums.

In August the city is home to the Edinburgh Festival and Fringe when the city comes alive and the atmosphere just has to be experienced.

If wanting to tour central Scotland, the apartment is ideally situated being within one hours drive of Stirling, Glasgow Perth and Dundee.
