An attractive one-floor villa in a very secluded and tranquil area with glimpses of mountains to the south. The property is practically on the Domaine de Barbossi (18 hole golf, 200m to clubhouse). The location is superb, just a few minutes fromthe motor way, shopping, beaches, restaurants and all the amenities the Riviera offers. One bedroom, the kitchen, the dining area and the sitting-room all have access to the shaded terrace and the pool. The second bedroom with en suite bathroom faces the cooler North. The terrace is furnished for al-fresco meals and faces south. The large sitting-room has a dining area and an open fireplace. The villa is comfortably furnished and equipped and very well maintained. On the entrance side of the house there is parking space for 3-4 cars. The garden side is grassed and tiled and safe for children. Security system around pool. Mandelieu, with its sandy beaches, a second golf the 'Old Course' only 2 km away, tennis and all water sports. is an excellent destination for a family vacation.

Surroundings: Mandelieu-La Napoule with its mile long sandy beaches and several marinas is located a few miles from Cannes at the foot of the Esterel Mountains. The high-way offers speedy access to Nice, Monte-Carlo, Italy, Fréjus and Aix-en-Provence. Within a few miles range lie attractive towns like Cannes, Antibes, Grasse and Juan-les-Pins. Several medieval villages are nearby like Mougins, St Paul and Tourettes sur Loup.

There are 2 golf courses in Mandelieu and within 30 minutes of reach you will find 12 others. All water sports like sailing, surfing, boating, and fishing as well as riding and cycling are easily available. The tourist information office in the town centre will advise of many more..

About Edwin G. Altinger

We live in Mandelieu, for 17 years now. We moved here from Bavaria and have lived in New York, London, Antwerp and Germany. I am originally from Munich and my wife is from Piemont.

Die 10 Tage in der Villa waren sehr erholsam. Die Lage des Hauses ist wunderbar und sehr zentral fuer viele Ausfluege.

Auch hat es bei der Ausstattung an nichts gemangelt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefuehlt. Man muesste nur oefter Urlaub haben, dann waeren wir bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort in Mandelieu.

We stayed at this villa for a week with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The house was very clean and well presented with everything you need. It is tucked away in a quiet spot and is very private. The owner was very helpful both during the booking and payment process and also he came and said hello when we were in France. He speaks fluent English! The outside area was great and we lived outside. The pool is not huge but adequate. The outdoor eating area and BBQ were great. The 2 main bedrooms were good but the bunk room is very small and only has space for the bunk. The house kept cool with the shutters and has mosquito nets for the windows. The bathrooms and showers were good. It has a dishwasher, washing machine and freezer which helped the stay. I would recommend this villa to friends and family.

Erholung Pur

Wir haben mit 4 Personen einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in diesem schönen, gepflegten Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist ausgesprochen umfangreich. Die Einrichtung geschmackvoll und landestypisch. !!Hinweis: Das dritte, sehr kleine Schlafzimmer ist ohne Schrank ausgestattet und nur für Kleinkinder geeignet!!. Die in der Nähe befindliche Autobahn verursacht keinerlei Störungen. Das große Einkaufszentrum (ca. 5 Autominuten) deckt jeden Bedarf ab. Der Aufenthalt im Jahre 2009 war so angenehm und erholsam, dass wir erneut für 2010 gebucht haben.

Der sehr schöne Pool (Kindersicherung durch Alarm) rundet das Ganze ab.

Traumhafte Lage in einer ruhigen Villengegend

Wir waren 14 Tage zu Gast in diesem tollen Ferienhaus mit traumhaften Blick auf die Berge. Sehr ruhige Lage zum Erholen in einer schönen Villengegend, alles sehr sauber und in der Nähe des Golfplatzes. Das Haus selber lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr viel Platz und es gibt wirklich nichts worauf hier vergessen wurde. Die Küche ist mehr als komplett eingerichtet und hat von der Ausstattung her soviel Details wie man es oft zu Hause nicht hat.

In 5 Minuten mit dem Auto hat man einen schnellen Anschluss an die Autobahn für Ausflüge entlang der Küste, ebenfalls nur 5 Minuten bis zu einem großen Einkaufszentrum und ca. 5 Autominuten bis zum Strand von La Napoule. Hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub und haben es in 14 Tagen nicht einmal zum Strand geschafft, nachdem der Garten mit Pool und der tollen Lage mit den Kindern so erholsam war, dass wir noch nicht einmal unsere Sachen für den Strand packen wollten.
