Enjoy gorgeous Gulf and Canal views in this beautiful, newly decorated 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo with 2 Master Suites. We are the end unit closest to the beach so you get the best views! We are located in Waterside Village close to Mango Marley's. Enjoy complimentary bicycles as part of this spacious rental which features 2 MASTER SUITES. Between May-October, we even provide complimentary beach set up - that's 2 beach chairs and an umbrella set up for you every full day of your stay. The bedrooms are very spacious and one master suite provides sturdy and comfortable bunk beds. We have huge walk-in closets and provide everything you need for a comfortable and luxurious stay. Sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico offers guests the best of everything. You can enjoy an afternoon laying out by the large waterfall pool with plenty of chairs and tables, take a dip in the hot tub, and then head to the beach for sunset. You are a short three minute walk to the beach and we provide a large cart for your beach toys.

Tasteful beach decor will remind you of why you love the beach! Original artwork and special pieces welcome you to our home and your home away from home!

This 3/3 located in Waterside Village has all the extras to make your vacation comfortable and stress-free. We love to cook so we made sure to upgrade the kitchen with all the little extras to make your vacation stress-free. Quality dishes, high end pots and pans and other extras like a 2 coffee makers (Keurig and standard), a waffle maker, crock pot, and good knives! Downstairs, there are three grills by the pool area so Dad can cook while the kids play in the pool!

Great place!

We had a great first visit to Mexico Beach! It was a great location to cute shops and Mango Marleys, a short walk to the beach and pretty view of the canal. The condo was nicely decorated and had all the extra appliances and amenities that were needed. We would love to visit again soon! Thanks Sisters!

Great condo

Very nice a spacious condo. The location was just 1 block from the beach and beach service with 2 chairs and an umbrella was a big plus! We were also able to use the 2 supplied bikes to go to and from the beach.

Perfect beach vacation

This condo was perfect for our mini beach vacation. Great distance to the beach and peaceful and quiet! Close enough to drive for sit down meals but fully stocked to stay in and cook as well. We look forward to staying here again.

We are 2 Sisters from Tallahassee and Memphis, TN. We love Mexico Beach and thoroughly enjoy sharing it with others. We began buying rental properties in Mexico Beach almost 10 years ago and hope to retire here. We now have 7 properties owned either by us or by us and family and friends. We can accommodate most groups and budgets.

Why they chose this property

This is our third unit in Waterside Village and we bought it because Waterside Village has the best the beach can offer. The property is well-maintained, from a huge pool with waterfall and a hot tub (with another waterfall), outdoor grills, trash chutes, a lit up boardwalk outlining the canal, day docks for your boat, and it's close to the fishing pier and to shops and restaurants.

What makes this property unique

Very unique condo with 2 master suites, very large pool/hot tub, day boat slips right by the pool and a short 3 minute walk to the beach. Very comfortably decorated with plenty of room to be together and still have privacy!
