POOL HEAT: The pool can be heated for an additional $1000/week and the Spa for $500/week. Pool & spa heat must be added to your reservation at least 30 days prior to arrival or on the day of the booking. Last minute requests may not be available and are subject to a service fee. We do not heat the pool from Memorial Day-Labor Day.

NOTE: Guests without travel insurance will not receive a refund or reimbursement for weather, hurricanes, mandatory and/ or voluntary evacuations, pandemics, etc. Please contact us for questions regarding coverage and to purchase a protection plan. Travel Insurance must be paid full upon purchase.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Third time renting through vacation rentals of Hilton head. The best experience working with them. This property was perfect. It had a seperate living space for my son and his family. House was immaculate. Pool and spa fantastic. It was heated perfectly. Pool guy came to clean the pine straw. If they had a skimmer that wasn’t broken you can easily keep that pool clean. Location to beach was great. Kids walked to mini golf. Husbands played golf. I took long bike rides on the beach. So don’t forget to take advantage of all the free activities. See you next year.

Wonderful Beach House

We had a wonderful week in Hilton Head. The house exceeded our expectations! Very well kept and the kitchen is stocked with all you need for cooking meals. The location is a short walk to the beach (about a block and half), so a great place for families with small children. There were 8 of us staying (2 families) and we had plenty of room too spread out. I would highly recommend this home for a great vacation at the beach!

Worst Vacation Ever!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: VHHHI failed to notify us of nearby construction, and then bombarded us with excuses and lies. Days of jack hammering, wet sawing, excavation and back-up signals as early as 8am. The home itself had cobwebs, dust, cockroaches, a broken staircase handrail, a littered pool 5 days after hurricane Ian, flickering lights, and faulty smoke detectors. Through all this there was no offer to move or refund. After over 30 years of vacationing on HHI, it was our worst ever. On the bright side, the maintenance staff and one in two in sales were prompt and courteous. Behind the curtains, there's a Karen running the show. Stay away.
