Detached single storey house completely renovated in 2013, south / east exposure, plain and mountain views; peaceful place.
3 rooms, 2 bedrooms, shower room, WC, American kitchen and 56m2 living / dining room opening onto a large bay window onto the terrace. The house brings together an old part in granite stone and a more modern part; an ancient stone wall is visible in the living room. The village is located on a promontory which moderates the heat in summer.

Nous avons apprécié la qualité de l'hébergement, le calme du hameau de Scalella, la vaste terrasse, la superbe vue, la localisation permettant de rayonner entre Porto-Vecchio, Bonifacio et Figari. Propriétaire disponible, serviable, affable.
