Stunning Villa with WiFi Internet & UK TV & Heated Swimming Pool

Casa Jade is a Stunning detached Modern built Villa, set over 2 storeys and is situated within a Quiet Residential area that overlooks the fabulous Del Duque Coastline. This Villa still retains a more traditional theme, with Quality Furnishings and Furniture throughout. There are typical ceramic terraces, front and rear for sun-bathing and the Pool is completely surrounded by synthetic grass for comfort and safety.

This Villa is fully equipped with everything you would need for your stay in a Spacious and Relaxing atmosphere. All bedrooms are large, two with en-suite and two with balcony terraces enjoying views of the pool and coast. Great for families and couples who need to be near all the amenities and the beach.

The Heated Swimming Pool is a generous size, 8 metres x 5 metres with ample sunbeds and seating for Al Fresco dining.

The 'Gran Sur Shopping Complex' is nearby with Bars, Restaurants, Shops, Supermarket and Taxi Rank and Local Shop is only a 3 minute walk.

Casa Jade has a private gated entrance with secure parking. The Gardens and outside terraces have been well maintained with a raised shaded terrace, outside the lounge, for al fresco dining. The addition of synthetic grass surrounding the entire swimming pool area is a great bonus as this adds comfort and safety. Ideal for families.

The kitchen area has been modernised and extended with ample room for preparing meals. From the kitchen, the back door leads out onto the rear sun terraces. Ideal for quiet relaxing and sun-bathing. All doors and windows have traditional Canarian railed grills for security.

This Villa is ideally situated. The shopping centres, beach and themed parks of Aqua Land and Siam Park are all nearby.

Lovely villa in a great location.

We stayed in March 2017 and had a great time, the villa was cleaned to a high standard on arrival, we had a early flight but could still drop our luggage off and collect the keys. We then went off for some lunch and returned later to the villa. The pool was great and at this time of year the fact it was heated made a big difference for our 2 year old daughter.

The patio area was a nice place to relax at night and have a BBQ during the day.

Having the washing machine was fantastic with having a youngster.

Overall we had a great stay, the location is perfect if you like a bit of peace but still close by to the busy areas, there is a large supermarket nearby and bars and restaurants within walking distance. I would recommend a hire car but I would get one no matter where I was staying in Tenerife as it makes exploring easier. The wifi is good to have and British TV is also good. There are fans but no air con, however this did not affect our stay

This is a super villa kept immaculate clean and very well equipped . 3 mature couples stayed with space to move around we even stayed in couple of nights as the place was so nice and whilst no beach for about a 30 min stroll - the pool area is lovely . Nice and helpful folk in nearby supermarket - café - bar etc in a smart area which is still developing

The property is kept so clean and the BBQ area is great for outdoor cooking. It could do with a light over the table to add light to the BBQ when cooking. I would recommend this villa to anyone although you do need a car to make the most of your holiday. There is a nice restaurant close by with a bakery selling food and lovely buns across the road from the restaurant. On the next road there is an excellent butchers, fruit and veg shop with a mini market on the bottom corner. I'm already looking forward to next year and I'm going to miss my daily swim in the pool.

A comfortable home from home stay

We had a fantastic time at the villa. It was well located in a quiet residential zone with a lovely cafe at the bottom which was perfect for having breakfast. The villa was spotlessly clean and the pool well maintained. Although a car is recommended, the beach and shopping centres are literally minutes away. We wouldn't hesitate in coming again. David, the owner, made regular contact and made the stay very easy.

Outstanding villa and location. Great for kids and adults, we highly recommend this villa.

We had a amazing 10 night stay and was sad to leave, as we loved this villa so much. The pool is a great size for all and has artificial grass around it (looks and feels real) so our 2 year old never slipped once whilst getting out of the pool and running around like a nutter. The villa has everything you need in it, so its like home from home but better. One little thing that i would mention, is that there is no air con but they do have fans (not great fans) but as we stayed in late October early November this wasn't a massive problem.

The location of the villa is great, as you have local restaurants, shops and coffee & pastry places to go, all exceptional and great value, all close by. As a family, we like to do a lot of walking so the main supermarket was a 10-15min walk away and the beach was 30-40min walk but there are plenty of taxi's around and we found that in the local shop they are english and are happy to phone you a taxi for you and the taxi is there in about 2 minutes. Everyone we met were very friendly and helpful.

David and Rosemary were great and were at our service if we needed them but as it is such a fantastic villa we only needed to call them out once for a minor issue and they were there within 10 minutes.

Overall the best experience in Tenerife we have had so far and we have been a few times. We will definitely be going back soon. Highly recommend it ..

Great villa and lovely location

To be honest I was very nervous about booking a villa on line as I had heard about such bad stories but happy to say this was a great experience. Payment was through Owners Direct which gave us peace of mind. Emails were responded to quickly.

We are a family of 5 including my 84 year old mum, my daughter (17), my son (14), my husband and myself (50ish). The lay out of the villa was perfect for us with my mum having the ground floor bedroom with her own bathroom and the rest of us upstairs.

The villa was clean and very well equipped. Little touches like having cooking oil, salt & pepper, tea & coffee, tin foil, cling film, paper kitchen towels, washing up liquid and a bottle of water and milk in the fridge.

As our flight was more than 2 hours late getting in it was dark by the time we arrived. We had a slight problem with finding light switches and thought there were no lights working upstairs, a call to David and we discovered it was only the landing light bulb had gone but bedrooms were all ok. David came round the next morning with a big box of bulbs and checked the whole villa. I also pointed out the shower head in our bathroom was broken, this was also fixed the next day. The kitchen is a little different from the photos on the web site, smaller, but still big enough and well equipped. There was some building work going on close by but didn’t cause us too much disturbance.

The location was just right though 'walking distance to the beach’ is correct it is an uphill walk back and not easy. The TF1, main road to get around was just a short drive away. There was a supermarket just as you come of the TF1 which was handy to pick up supplies on our way home after days out.

I would recommend this villa and would love to go back one day.

El Madronal is a quiet, residential area in Fanabe, set between the coast and the El Roque mountains. This lovely Apartment commands stunning panoramic views of some the best coastline in this area.

Whilst the location is quiet all amenities are close by. The Gran Sur Commercial Centre, nearby, houses great shops, supermarket, bars and numerous 'Themed' Restaurants. Bus Services and Taxis are also serviced from this Centre.

Playa Fanabe beach is a large expanse of sand, with beach-side restaurants and bars and a whole 'raft' of water sport opportunities. Or, you can simply stroll along the Promenade, take in the Sunsets and relax over your choice of Tapas and Sangria.

Shopping enthusiasts - look no further!!

The Plaza del Duque, is the ultimate 5 star Shopping Experience. This Centre specialises in Top Name Designer Shops and Cartier Jewellery. There are also a number of refined Restaurants to choose from including Classy Cocktail Lounges. Treat yourself!!

However, sun, sea and sand are not all there is on offer! Costa Adeje also contains one of the best Golf Courses on the Island, Golf Costa Adeje, included in the PGA Tour. Also nearby is, the New Theme Park, 'Siam Park', ideal for all age groups and a Great Day out.

Fanabe and Del Duque are very popular destinations for the more discerning holiday guest!
