44 Bradley Beach is a 6 Bedroom, 4.5 Bathroom family vacation home that sleeps 13 and has a large 16' x 32' pool, and features an outdoor fire pit perfect for a night hosting around the pool or a cool day in the fall! There is plenty of seating and the home is conveniently located at the very end of Bradley Road with a fenced in patio giving added privacy. This property is also located next to Driessen Beach Town Park with playground equipment for the kids, comfort stations and is just a four-minute walk to the beach on an elevated boardwalk what is there not to love! We also manage 40 Bradley Beach Road, 41 Bradley Beach Road, and 42 Bradley Beach Road. Perfect for large groups traveling together!

CANCELLATION POLICY: The cancellation policy on your signed rental agreement supersedes all other cancellation information. Contact Vacation Homes of Hilton Head with any questions. If you are booking on a third-party site such as VRBO or Airbnb, you are subject to Vacation Homes of Hilton Head's cancellation policy. Guests without travel insurance will not receive a refund or reimbursement for weather, hurricanes, mandatory and/ or voluntary evacuations, pandemics, etc. Travel Insurance is an additional % of the total and must be paid in full at the time of booking.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: To secure a reservation, we require a 50% deposit upfront and the balance payment due thirty days prior to arrival via Visa, Master, Discover, American Card. ID Verification is required.
