Villa Kerida has an interior living space of 1100sqm (12,000sqft) distributed over 4 floors.

Tower Den & Terrace

Newly refurbished in 2017, the Tower Terrace offers seating for 16, retractable sun shades, 4 sunbeds, Sonos system, a shower and a drinks fridge. The Den is a more intimate relaxation space (four poster day bed and television) and offers stunning 360· views of the port, the island of Dragonera and Cala Marmassen.

Entry Level/Upper floor:

A triple height entrance hall with spiral staircase gives access to the Tower Den and Terrace and also leads into the large interior reception hall with an architectural skylight. 3 bedroom suites (all en-suite), large television lounge, cloakroom & separate WC, service kitchen, a breakfast loggia and an expansive private solarium (4 sunbeds, sun umbrellas, drinks tables and a drinks fridge) allows for spectacular sea and mountain views. Also at entrance level is the Courtyard Bedroom Suite (en-suite).

Mid level (Master & Master Guest)

A more intimate floor on which the sitting room, master and master guests rooms all lead to a shaded chill out terrace. With extra large sofas, this terrace over-looks the pool and beautifully planted, mature gardens and the sea. The sitting room has a dual aspect gas fire, a built-in bar, and recessed television. Also on this level, a self-contained staff apartment (with independent access from the main house).

Lower/Pool Level:

With extremely generous proportions, this floor is entirely open plan, beautifully integrated for easy living and offers a fabulous entertaining space. This level comprises of a bespoke, fully equipped kitchen with a large larder space, a professional walk in fridge, built in coffee machine etc... With interior dining for 12, the living and dining space is beautifully backlit by the bodega in the evenings and has fully retractable floor to ceiling doors which enable the very best option for daytime indoor/outdoor living all year round.

Pool & dining terrace:

The beautifully lit exterior dining terrace (seating 12) has retractable sun awnings, an extra large gas BBQ and overlooks the expansive pool terrace and beautifully maintained gardens below. The 48sqm infinity pool has wide steps for easy access, pool inflatables, a jacuzzi bench and swim against fitness jets. The pool terrace is furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas, drinks tables, towel storage and a pool side shower.

Gardens/Jacuzzi Terrace:

A few steps down from the pool, the jacuzzi terrace has an large mosaic 8 person jacuzzi/hot tub, a wet bar and access t the Sonos system and WI-FI. Port Andratx is quite simply a fabulous place to spend some quality holiday time and is a 12-15 minute walk or 1 minute by car/taxi from the house. The house is well placed for water sports activities, close to golf/tennis and the sailing club and is home to a fabulous choice of restaurants and fine dining options.

What makes this villa unique

As Cala Marmassen does not have a sandy beach, even in the peak months it retains a sense of tranquil privacy, with boats and tourists tending to favour other locations.

Corporate entertainment venue

I rented Villa Kerida for a long weekend in the summer as a place to host corporate entertainment. We invited a group of clients along with some staff and I must say that this place was top notch and we wanted for nothing. The weather was hot and we particularly enjoyed the fact that we could walk to the end of the garden and dive straight into the sea. We hired a boat one of the days to do a tour around the island and it was particularly convenient that the boat could collect us from the jetty at the bottom of the garden rather than us having to drive to the marina. The villa is spacious inside and has a grand feel about it with marble floors and tall ceilings. The agent arranged a chef for us who cooked 3 meals for us every day and we also had the option of walking into the nearby town where there are a number of restaurants. We had no complaints and I will be retuning again in the future as it was exactly what we were looking for.

Villa Kerida is situated in the upmarket residential area of La Mola adjacent to Puerto Andratx. Port Andratx itself is an attractive, cosmopolitan port offering a very wide choice of top quality restaurants, traditional cafes and cocktail bars many of which are front line to its picturesque sea front. Boat trips to the nearby island of Dragonera, yacht charter and watersport activities, shopping, dining and several beautiful beaches, quieter coves and beach clubs are within easy distance. The port offers banks, supermarkets, a daily fish market, patisseries, boutique shopping and the nearby town of Andratx is home to a large weekly market every Wednesday morning.
