Detached modern spacious villa with 3 double bedrooms, AC, private pool, WiFi

A spacious modern three bedroom luxury villa in the beautiful Valley of El Portet, situated on a quiet road in a private complex of detached houses within 10 minutes drive of the upmarket town of Moraira and 3 wonderful beaches. Ideal for families, the accommodation is on two levels and has a private swimming pool.

The villa is South facing and is finished to a high standard with quality fixtures and fittings throughout, and is the ideal place to enjoy the Mediterranean 'al fresco' lifestyle.

The property enjoys splendid views across and down the valley of Portet towards the Mediterranean sea in the lovely bay of El Portet and across the terraced hills towards the Bernia mountains in the West, with a backdrop of stunning sunsets.

The quiet road outside the villa has easy parking for a couple of cars.

The villa has an open plan living area with air conditioning and ceiling fan. In the lounge area are comfortable leather sofas seating six people, a Toshiba SMART TV with satellite TV channels including BBC and ITV and HDMI ports, Google Chrome, a WiFi router, a DVD player and a Panasonic bluetooth speaker. There are various books, games and films including children's Disney films.

In the dining area is a table which seats 6 and extends to seat 10. The kitchen area is well equipped with granite worktops and has a hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and kettle.

The utility room has a Siemens washing machine and tumble dryer, a steam iron and ironing board. All linens and towels, including beach/pool towels, are provided and changed weekly.

There are patio doors from the living room onto a shaded naya balcony with a view of the Mediterranean sea, equipped with table and chairs for alfresco dining, a barbecue, and three large terraces including a sun trap rooftop terrace with a view towards El Portet and the sea.

On the lower level are three good size bedrooms which sleep 6 adults comfortably. A cot and high chair are available on request. The master bedroom has a king size bed and patio doors onto sun/pool terrace and en-suite bathroom with full size bath and shower over, WC and modern glass basin. A bedroom with king-size bed and a good sized twin room, both with patio doors onto sun/pool terrace, share a large family shower room.

All bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes, hairdryers, mosquito blinds, security blinds, air conditioning units and ceiling fans. Each bedroom has its own private patio door to the terraces and pool.

Outside there is an inviting kidney-shaped pool with Roman steps, surrounded by 6 sunbeds, extensive terracing and a planted area with a jacaranda tree for dappled shade on hot days. There is a tiled outside shower cubicle with hot and cold water supply.

Fantastic Villa

Arrived late at night, lovely welcome pack of essentials ie milk,rolls and lovely beer too which went down well.

I cannot say how lovely this villa is, exactly as described. View is as shown too.

More than ample homeware - probably enough for an army ie glasses/plates/every dish/cooking implement you could think of.

House really clean and well looked after.

Rooms good sizes too.

Had my 50th birthday at Cafe Rondo - lovely food, reasonable prices and friendly owner and staff. Highly recommend.

Although Moraira is lovely we all preferred to go into Javea for the beach and for our evening meals/entertainment too. Reasonable prices.

I am going to be booking again for next year, although this time just the two of us rather than the six as I had no rest!! Although villa easily accomodates this amount of people.

Lastly Carol who owns the villa was a delight to deal with from start to finish.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et le confort de la villa y a très largement contribué, c'est la première fois depuis que nous louons que nous avons trouvé une location aussi complète et avec diverses choses à disposition aussi bien alimentaires que ménagères.

C'est pour nous le parfait reflet du savoir vivre.

Je recommande vivement cette location. Moraira est une ville familiale très agréable. Prévoir une voiture.

Villa Review - Moraira

The villa was perfect and had absolutely everything we needed and we especially loved the beautiful views. The free Wi-Fi was brilliant for my two teenagers who were able to keep in touch with friends via Facebook etc. The location was also excellent, close to the shops, Moraira, beaches and Benidorm – we went to Terra Mitica and the water park there with the kids. I would recommend having a car for shopping and travel to different sites. The owner provided an excellent service, including lots of information on where to eat and useful travel and sight seeing information and a much appreciated welcome pack of food and drink when we arrived in the early hours of the morning. The agents located in Spain (Alan and Alison) were also lovely and very helpful. All in all we had a great holiday and would definitely consider returning again. Caroline & Damian Devine

Moraira is a fantastic holiday destination. The area is wonderful for a relaxing beach holiday but also ideal for sightseeing or activity breaks.

Originally a small fishing village, Moraira is now one of Spain’s finest coastal resorts. Easily accessible yet off the beaten track, half way between Alicante and Valencia, Moraira has everything you could wish for in a holiday destination and has a unique charm that attracts visitors from all over Europe.

Surrounded by pine covered hills dotted with white walled villas and close to stunning mountain scenery and countryside walks, Moraira has 8 km of coastline with fine sandy beaches and inviting turquoise waters, including the delightful bay of El Portet.

Pretty cobbled streets lead to the stylish marina and there is an excellent variety of local shops and boutiques, most of which stay open late into the evening. Moraira offers a huge variety of restaurants and bars which cater for every taste and budget.

The main fish restaurants are located on the front overlooking the small port and fish market, La Lonja, where fish auctions take place every morning at 10am except weekends.

Moraira has a large open air market on Friday mornings, selling excellent local fresh produce as well as clothing and souvenirs. On the warm summer evenings there is a popular street market for souvenirs and there are play areas and a fun fair for children. many shops stay open late into the evening.

The Marina Alta region has been identified by the WHO as one of the healthiest places in the world to live with one of the most environmentally perfect climates in the world. This region boasts at least 320 sunny days each year with temperatures up to 30C degrees in summer, giving it a micro climate which is ideal for holidays. The sea and mountain air is fresh and clear.

Thanks to careful town planning protecting the charm and character of the area, there is a pleasant absence of high rise apartments and hotels and no package tours. There are often outdoor concerts and fiestas in the Church Square or next to the fort on the seafront and you may catch one of them during your stay. Check with the Tourist Information Office for lots of events and activities.

Bookings are taken from Saturday to Saturday. Rental rates include all linen and towels, including beach/pool towels, electricity and final cleaning charges. For two week rentals there will be a mid-term linen and towel change. The villa is usually available from 3pm on day of arrival. On the day of departure the villa should be vacated by 10am, although we will try to accommodate your flight.
