Pool Home 10 Minutes to the Beach

If you are looking for a centrally located vacation home that is a stone's throw from various amenities including shopping centers, grocery stores, great restaurants, and, of course, Siesta Key beach, you've found it! This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom, 1500 sq ft home offers a relaxing environment in a safe neighborhood with all modern luxuries to make your vacation a dream come true. The home includes WIFI, portable beach chairs, board games, and 2 bicycles to make your stay enjoyable. With a large fully fenced back yard, feel free to bring your furry friends along with you. If you are looking for anything specific, kindly reach out. Our goal is to exceed expectations!

Of note, the pool isn’t heated, and will be a bit cooler between the dates of November and April.

Great Holiday in the sun.

Great property, spacious, clean and well equipped and in a very nice location central for all attractions in the area. Pool was fabulous and refreshing from the heat. Chris was very accommodating and responsive to any questions . Would most definitely stay again if in the area. Regards The Cooper Family.

Amazing stay

The house was clean, spacious and perfect for our party of 5 adults. It was well equipped and had everything we could possibly need with extra touches and plenty of space for all of us . Both inside and outside spaces are amazing. It was very clean. The location was great. Chris kept in touch before and during our stay to ensure that everything was ok, he was on hand to offer advice and help when we asked for it.The Even if we try to be really picky, None of us can think of anything to find fault with any aspect of our stay. Highly recommended. Thanks Chris

Great location, clean and spacious property with everything you need for a Florida holiday!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay the property is in a quiet location but still close to shops and amenities. There is a large lanai and pool area to chill out and the interior is tastefully furnished. Highly recommended!

A wonderful place to stay in a great location for us and with a perfect host of an owner

We had been to Florida before ... but mainly related to the theme parks near Orlando. This time we wanted to experience the gulf coast so this was a great base. We spent a lot of days mixing a visit to Siesta Key beach (about 5 miles away) in the morning with a relaxing afternoon back at the house by the pool. The house was perfect for us as a family of 4. There is plenty of space for everyone. The dwelling is nicely up together and well equipped. We used the beach equipment (2 Tommy Bahamas beach chairs etc) that is provided with the house. Our stay coincided with the World Cup so we enjoyed watching several matches in the comfort of the lounge. The beds deserve a special mention ... we had great nights sleep. The pool is great. The lanai works well. The neighbourhood is quiet. As you can tell we had a great time. We want to say a big thanks to our host Chris - we felt properly at home. We were welcomed and Chris kept in contact to ensure that we were enjoying ourselves. We would mark as 10/10 and would definitely come again. THANKS CHRIS - regards.

Great House/Great Host!

We had a great time at this VRBO and Chris was an amazing host. The house was perfect for us. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and the pool was a nice extra touch to the experience. We had a very relaxing vacation and the house contributed to this as an overall great experience.
