It comprises of an entrance to a well-lit and spacious air-conditioned living & dining-room, a separate newly fitted Italian kitchen with all appliances, stylish bathroom with mosaic tiling, one double bedroom & a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (both air-conditioned). This property is fully-airconditioned and equipped with satellite TV, WIFI internet, washing machine, air-conditioner, fans and heaters & has a part ownership and use of roof terrace. It’s extremely well-located, close to all amenities(grocery stores,butchers,fishmonger,banks & ATMs,post office,pharmacies & bus stops),10 mins walk from the Sliema rocky beach & seafront promenade. A 5-minute walk from the city centre (shopping malls,supermarkets,boutiques,cafes,bars & restaurants) and just a15-20mins walk to St. Julian’s & Paceville (nightclubs)

The apartment is located within a few minutes' walk from the Sliema's commercial centre, St. Julian's night-life and entertainment area. Bus stops are easily accessible both by day and night and swimming is permitted almost all over the coast.

Mieszkanie bardzo przyjemne, czyściutkie, duże, w starym budownictwie, dwie łazienki (!), kuchnia wyposażona we wszsytko, co potrzebne. W każdym pokoju osobny klimatyzator. Bliziutko do przystani promu do Valetty, do promenady, do przystanków autobusowych, do sklepów, do restauracji. Gospodyni - rewelacja! Bardzo miła i pomocna osoba, żadnych problemów i nieustająca gotowość do wszelkiej pomocy. Pobyt w Sliemie u p. Claudii wspominamy (moja żona i ja) bardzo miło i z rozrzewnieniem.

Absolutely fabulous apartment.

This apartment was exactly as it had been described re layout, great location and bus routes handy. Very clean and an amazing kitchen obviously well maintained and looked after. Claudia looked after us very well completing the business part in a friendly way and showing us round the apartment also saying to contact her with any problems, an information book was also provided. I certainly would recommend this apartment it was the third one we had rented and the best by miles. Really enjoyed having 2 bathrooms and the property was very spacious. Loved being able to walk one way down to the ferries area and the opposite way to Balluta Bay. Great choice of restaurants and bars very handy and plenty more just a bus ride away. Even with the increase in the weekly bus ticket it still is a great deal.

Non potevamo trovare appartamento e persona migliore. Claudia ci ha accolti come se ci conoscessimo da 20 anni, ha disposto nuovamente la pulizia dell'appartamento. Ci ha assistito al meglio perché è sempre disponibile via chat (se non risponde, s'è addormentata).

Ci ha consigliato al meglio cosa visitare, dove mangiare, e quali pullman prendere per girare l'isola.

Davvero tutto magnifico.

Ci ha dato un appartamento con 2 bagni, 2 camere da letto, 1 veranda, 1 bellissima cucina con salone, intranet fibra e signora (dirimpettaia) disponibile ad aprirci quando dimemticavamo di portarci le chiavi.

Tutto stupendo.

Sliema apartment

We had a really enjoyable stay in this apartment. The description and photo's are a true reflection of the property. It was very clean and well stocked. It is conveniently located close to all the facilities particularly the beaches, restaurants and promenade. It is less than 5 minutes to the ferry etc. Local shops supply all your needs particularly the traditional bakery which was fabulous.

Claudia was responsive, helpful and arranged the booking speedily. It was great to have transport arranged from the airport directly to the property where Claudia awaited us. She gave us helpful advice regarding the accommodation, locality and other attractions.

Checking in and checking out arrangements were excellent. We do not have any negative comments regarding any aspect of our stay and we would certainly recommend to others and re visit ourselves.

Sono arrivata a Malta preoccupata perché degli amici mi avevano detto che nell'isola la pulizia non regna sovrana. Ho trovato invece un appartamento nuovo, pulito ed ordinato, proprio come piace a me. La signora Claudia è molto disponibile, il giorno successivo al nostro arrivo ci ha mandato la signora delle pulizie capita la mia mania del pulito. Ci ha consigliato i luoghi da visitare, ci ha fornito altra biancheria e ha prenotato il taxi per il nostro rientro. Consiglio quest' appartamento anche perché si trova al centro di Sliema, a pochi passi da negozi , ristoranti e dal lungomare. Sono rimasta soddisfatta e spero di ritornarci presto.
