Wi-fi internet, lift, balcony, unbeatable central location. Sleeps up to 5. One double bed in bedroom and a very high quality sofa bed with real pull out mattress in living area. Baby cot available upon request. Fantastic apartment with unbeatable location less than 100m from Valencia´s cathedral, Central Market and other tourist attractions. Housed in a historic building which was entirely renovated in 2010 including lift. Very bright apartment as it overlooks the building opposite. Colonial style wooden balcony plus other open balcony overlooking historical Calle Calatrava, perfect for a quiet drink. Furnished with contemporary furnishings with all the electrical appliances you need including flat screen LED multimedia TV, wi-fi internet and air-conditioning. Contents all brand new (May 2012) so impeccably clean apartment. Especially suitable for young families and the elderly as there is a lift but also very suitable for couples. Very quiet bedroom as there are 2 sets of double glazed windows to keep any noise out.

There are 2 sets of double glazed windows in the bedroom so a good nights sleep is guaranteed. There is a large built-in wardrobe so plenty of space for hanging clothes and general storage. 100% Egyptian or American cotton ironed sheets provided as well as towels of Hotel standard provided.

The location was ideal

We were very pleased with the location of this property, we were able to see all the sights of the Old Town as they were all within walking distance. The Municipal Market was almost at our door step, and it is amazing. The apartment offered us what we needed to enjoy a full day of sight seeing and then a comfortable refuge when we needed it.

Nicholas was very accommodating, as we arrived early, he sent his wife to meet us and let us in, and show us all the features, and as we had an early departure, he arranged for a cab to be there to pick us up, when we left.

The mention in the description about the quiet bedroom is true, it is a very busy street in the night and early mornings, but we found by closing up the bedroom it made it very soundproof. As well I was a wee bit disappointed that the picture showed a queen bed, when in fact it is two singles pushed together.

I would recommend this apartment, the building is well maintained, clean and the lift was an added bonus.

Valencia Home way from Home

The apartment was more than enough for 2 of us, it can sleep up to 4. The location is perfect and clean. We walked everywhere, the market is within 5 minutes walking and full of fresh stuffs. There were lots of good restaurants and bars near by. I would highly recommend it and would use it again.

Owner or manager ? helpful before and on arrival.The apartment was home from home and a welcome resting place after days of walking. Suggest earplugs for a good night's rest as Valencians start celebrating life at 10pm and don't begin to fade until 2.00am.So the 'well-placed bars' (Three within metres) are extremely noisy.Location to everything was 'central'. Restaurants a bit pushy so take to ones that are not.A walk in the botanical gardens a must and a walk through the Turia a delight, especially in December.A beautiful city, shame about the graffitti.

Me alojé en este apartamento durante tres semanas. El apartamento es fantástico! Es muy cómodo, espacioso y la localización es perfecta, cerca de muchos restaurantes, bares y lugares históricos. El propietario, Nicholas fue muy atento. Cuando llegué me explicó donde estaban todos los lugares de interés. Me alojaría allí otra vez.

The flat was perfect- very comfortable with all mod cons. Ideally situated for the centre and transport . There were lots of good restaurants and bars very close by. I would highly recommend it and would use it again.

Superb central location in the Valencia´s Old Town. Cathedral of Valencia 100m. Central Market 100m. La Lonja 100m. On the corner of Calle Calatrava and Calle Valencians. Apartment on 3rd floor (with LIFT) of recently refurbished historic building. Various bars, cafes and restaurants within meters of front door but with sound-proofed bedroom so a good night´s sleep is guaranteed (there are two sets of double glazed windows in the bedroom).

Very safe area (Valencia is an extremely safe city where violent crime is unknown) for bot tourists and locals alike.

Great city to learn Spanish in, please contact owner for extra information regarding language schools.
