Town house with beautifully renovated main floor. Beautiful front porch views of holiday valley ski resort which is within walking distance. Brand new stainless appliances, granite countertops and hickory cabinetry, and hardwood flooring. Enjoy the convenience of being so close to all the amenities of holiday valley including skiing, golfing, swimming, ropes course, tamarack restaurant and many others! Ellicottville main strip only a mile down the road. Top floor includes two bedrooms, 1 full bath, and a large walk in closet. Master bedroom has a king size mattress, loft bedroom has a brand new queen bed, skylight, and looks down on living area. Main floor has dining area with table to seat 4 as well as two separate breakfast bars that accommodate 2 a piece. Kitchen is stocked with plates, bowls, utensils, pots and pans. One full bath on main floor as well as living room with 55" led smart tv with cable and wireless network. There is also a bedroom on the main floor with a brand new queen bed. Walk out basement floor also has a living area with a futon and recliner. Separate sitting area in front of fireplace, as well as a large bedroom with two double beds. There is also a utility room with washer and dryer. 1725 sq ft in total plus a large front porch with sliding glass doors to enjoy the view!

Family ski trip

Great view of the slopes from this condo. Shuttle service helped make up for it not being ski in/out. Updated and tasteful interior. Kitchen was tight on space. Lots of beds made this ideal for our group.

Amazing

Ski weekend

It rained a lot but there was still some snow to ski at holiday valley. The townhouse was very nice - plenty of room for all and comfortable

Great family vacation!

Property was perfect for a all ages. Enjoyed our stay. Owners were easy to get a hold of with any questions. We needed more washcloths and paper products and they made sure we got them ASAP. The house was equiped with everything one would need.

My wife and I have a beautiful 1 year old baby girl and live in Buffalo. We recently bought our dream second home in Ellicottville and have done a lot of updates. We love going there on the weekends but we also have other obligations that limit the time we can spend there so we would like to let other responsible people enjoy our property when we can't be there

Why they chose this property

We love skiing and snowboarding! Along with mountain biking, hiking, and golf. We embrace the opportunity to leave the city for a breath of fresh air and some R&R. Our hope is that our daughter will fall in love with Ellicottville as we did! Our townhouse is across the street from the main entrance of Holiday Valley(up a hill across the street). We are 1 miles from the village which hosts several shops, cafe's, restaurants and bars.

What makes this property unique

If you are coming to Ellicottville to enjoy all the activities that holiday valley has to offer then the location doesn't get a whole lot better than this! Beyond that the townhouse itself is very well updated with high end cabinets, countertops, flooring as well as many custom built features such as the barn wood and black walnut breakfast bar and brand new stainless appliances. All the amenities of home including washer/dryer wireless internet service as well as 55" smart led tv with cable.
