This holiday rental in Malaga is situated on the fifth floor of a building (with lift) in the heart of Malaga city, close to the beautiful Plaza de la Merced; the holiday accommodation has been recently renovated and offers a charming design and central location. The perfect place for exploring Malaga in style.

The apartment comprises: large bright living room with dining table, sofa bed, armchairs, flat screen TV, aircon and access to a lovely 10mts2 terrace with beautiful views to the city. All four doors to the terrace are accessible. The living room leads to the fully fitted kitchen.

Three bedrooms, one master bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and en suite bathroom with shower, two further bedrooms with single beds, further bathroom with bath.

Air conditioning / heating is available in every bedroom and in the living room.

The holiday apartment in Malaga centre comes with wifi. We can provide private secure parking for 15 € per day. The parking spot is situated 300 meters from the apartment.

best place in malaga city

To our hosts in Malaga, I know it was a while ago since we been at your place, but we have such good memories of the city an your wonderful Appartement and we are definetly planing to come back😀 When we arrived in august last year it was very hot in Malaga, the appartement located in the 5th floor, with an elevator, was nice and cool, we never had to use the aircondition, we have known the appartemen only by the pictures in the internet and where extremely pleased, it is very spacious, light an clean, provides every comfort from towels bed linen ironing utensils hairdryer an a perfekt kitchen supply, the masterbedroom as well as the other bedroom are facing the inner court and therefor are very quiet, each bedroom has its own fully equipped bathroom, the large living/dining room with the open Kittchen and the beautiful terrace are facing the plaza and the market hall, but there is enough privacy an no noise disturbance because of the 5th floor, as perfect as the appartement was the location, we took a cap from the airport for little money, arrived right in the middle of this beautiful city, 15 min. walk to the beach, all bars and restaurants right in front, Malagas shopping area around the corner, our favorite place became the market hall right across the street, we had great coffe and tapas there, people are very nice and everything was so fresh, the fish meats and produce had us cook a few times in the appartement enjoing the terrace with the view. Altogether it was a perfect accommodation, in a great city for a affortable price and the most nices hosts😍

Great location for a nice apartment

Nice clean spacious apartment with a small terrace to enjoy the sunshine. Friendly welcome on arrival. Well located for city centre attractions - shops, bars etc. and quite close to the harbour/beach area. Supermarket and fresh food market immediately outside.

Malaga is Andalusia's second largest city with 600,000 inhabitants and is located on the Costa del Sol in southern Spain. The city has many exciting cultural activities and is in the race to become Cultural City 2016. Malaga dating back to 800 BC and has over the years been marked by the Greeks, Romans and Arab Maurer and it bears the imprint of the city today. The city is in the eyes of many partly overlooked, as many tourists choose to spend their holidays in the cities surrounding Malaga. But it includes everything you need for a perfect holiday, as it is a strategically good location. There is plenty of culture, city break, beaches, mountains and there are only 100 km to the Sierra Nevada, where you can ski. Or what about a trip to Granada and watch the world-famous castle Alhambra which is only an hour drive by car. Malaga is full of small bars and restaurants where you can enjoy various kinds of tapas and good wine. We warmly recommend the city for a perfect city break.
