This apartment is situated on the Boscombe overcliff drive and is quite close to the main shopping area of Boscombe. It is extremely well fitted out with all necessary amenities and we enjoyed excellent hospitality from the hosts, Steve and Ann. We have no hesitation in recommending it to all who seek a comfortable apartment in the Bournemouth area.

Great flat in a fabulous location, well stocked with everything you need, thank you.

Really nice flat, great facilities for a couple or small family. It is beautifully decorated and well maintained and comes fully equipped with all your home comforts. Little things make a difference and good quality bedding and towels, a bowl of fruit and a coffee maker are very welcome after a long journey! The location can't be beaten for the beach, shops nearby in Southbourne or a quick journey into Bournemouth town centre. Highly recommended.

Immaculately presented apartment on Boscombe Seafront

This modern ground-floor apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived. It had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay and it is difficult to fault. A few people might wish to be closer to Bournemouth town centre, but I cannot think of any other cause for disappointment. When we were late leaving, the owner was very kind and helpful. We shall definitely return.

For wheelchair users the apartment is generally suitable, with a parking space immediately outside and level access. It is not perfect, however, as even the main bedroom is a little small, which makes it difficult to navigate around the room. We had to move the bed, but the owner was perfectly happy for us to do that.

Great Apartment in a perfect location!

We had a great stay. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed! It was a nice close walk to look out over the sea and down to the beach. Perfect to explore all the surrounding areas by car as well!

The apartment was nice and tidy, with plenty of space to store all the things for our stay. The welcome pack was a nice treat and the parking is handy just outside the flat.

The only slight downside was the rather uncomfortable seating in the living room, after a long day out you really want to be able to just sit back and relax! otherwise this would have been a perfect 5 out 5!

Weekend break

Met by the owner on arrival who was really friendly and gave us all the information we needed about the apartment. Really impressed with our find, a lovely little place! He had left us some milk and fruit which was a nice touch. We were 3 adults and a baby, and it was a perfect place for us.. In a perfect position for a short walk to the beach too.

We have family in Bournemouth and come down quite often, so would think about booking this place again. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is the sofa and chair in the living area, the most uncomfortable things we have ever sat on! I understand some people may spend all day out, so spend minimal time in the flat. We had a small baby to put to bed so wanted to relax and watch a movie in the evening. This was impossible... We ended up going to bed to watch tv, just to get cosy and relax. If the owner sorted out this problem it would be a definite 5 star flat to me. Loved it..

Owner's Response: Thank you Paula for taking the time to write this good review. The seating in this apartment was changed late last year in response to other guests wanting more space in the lounge. We must agree that the new Italian sofa and chair look great, but are not comfy for some guests. We have decided to replace them and this will happen during June 2016. Hopefully, this will make you want to come back again later in the year - a bit longer next time. Thank you again, kindest regards Steve

Very Smart

This property was very well equipped. Everything you could want was there. Very clean very tidy. Nothing cluttered. Plenty of room for your own things. Bathrooms and kitchen spotless. Really happy we choose this property. Very close to the beach just across the road. The apartment was warm, couldn't hear any outside noise at all. The owners were easy to deal with. The welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk and fruit was very welcome especially after travelling. The Xbox and Wifi kept teenager happy.

More than happy to recommend this apartment to everyone. I can't think of any negatives at all.

Well equipped, comfortable apartment.

The apartment was modern, clean, tidy, comfortable and well equipped for a holiday. It is situated close to the beach at Boscombe and provides a great base for a holiday in the Bournemouth area. The parking space is just outside for convenience, and the owner made us feel welcome on arrival.
