This is 5 apartments in a building we own 5 blocks from park lleras. Two Penthouses. Both are 3 bedroom. You have the entire roof deck. You have a hot tub in each apartment. It's good for groups to book. Floor below is a two bedroom, and two more two bedrooms on the 2nd floor and ground floor. Making up 12 beds and 15 bathrooms. AC in bedrooms, PH has it also in living room and so does the ground floor apartment. Video security on entire building. Perfect spot for a big group to rent.
