2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 lounges, one of the two with a sleeper couch.

On the ground floor there is a lovely living room, a TV room and a full equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances. The TV room have a sleeper couch that is eventually available for 1 adult or 1 child. A full bathroom completes the ground floor.

On the first floor both bedrooms are fitted with King size beds and both have en-suite bathrooms, main with bath and separate shower, second full bathroom with shower.

A small inner courtyard, connected with the kitchen, allows guests to dine al fresco. And why not have a drink on the beautiful furnished terrace on the roof, watched over by the magnificent Table Mountain.

Complete the facilities of the house a washing machine, a wireless internet connection, electric heaters in all rooms and ceiling fans in both bedrooms.

The De Waterkant neighbourhood is home to a lively, tolerant and lifestyle-centric community. Yoga studios, B&Bs, bistros and hairdressers line the streets, and cultures from all over the globe mingle freely and happily.

De Waterkant is now Cape Town's most fashionable district, with beautifully restored Victorian homes painted in bright hues crammed into a tight cobbled grid of streets, climbing up towards Signal Hill. This is the city's main gay area, with excellent nightlife and a wide choice of super-trendy restaurants, bars and boutiques.

Most of these are in the Cape Quarter, a shopping/dining complex with a charming outside piazza with a central water feature and trees with twinkly lights.

Today this sought after area is the antithesis of its troubled history. Still reflecting much of its 200-year-old architectural heritage it is a cobbled street shoppers delight, De Waterkant is filled with coffee shops and interior design firms. Affectionately known as the ‘pink area’, it is internationally renowned for its open-minded attitude and gay-friendly night spots.

Fabulous townhouse in great location

Just spent 8 nights at this terrific townhouse. Very comfortable for 4 but could hold more. Great people and excellent location. Across from supermarket and restaurants and a short walk to Victoria wharf. Highly recommended. Comfortable beds, large rooms, excellent wi-fi and fully equipped kitchen.

Lovely townhouse in the city

Had an opportunity to stay five nights in this lovely split level townhouse in the Waterkant area of the city, easy walking distance to V&A waterfront, central or the eastern seapoint area. Very safe area to walk around in; shops and restaurants, and a small mall which has a large SPAR supermarket close by. Typical city street noise, the business across the street had occasionally loud patrons at night. Available free parking on the street in front.

All the creature comforts of home, including all appliances you could ever need. Courtyard patio and rooftop deck for outside space. Two bedrooms plus den and living room, lovely decor. Wifi works better in some areas, and not at all on the roof. Towels and bed linens high quality, and the beds are firm. Good water pressure in the large bathroom shower. Highly recommended. Thank you for our stay!

A beautiful house located very close to the waterfront and within walking distance of nice cafes

My family and I came to Cape Town for two weeks and we had a wonderful stay at this beautiful two bedroom, three bathroom home located very close to the waterfront and within walking distance to cafes and restaurants. We were visiting in July so it was unfortunately too cold to enjoy the rooftop deck but it has a beautiful view of Table Mountain. The owners were very responsive when booking our stay and the housing manager was very flexible with our check-in and check-out times. I highly recommend this home for a family who is looking to explore Cape Town!

A beautiful house in a great area of Capetown. Couldn't have asked for more.

We had a wonderful 8 nights at the house. Great place for a family trip as it is spacious and in a great location. Just wish we had gone when it was a bit warmer as I would have loved to eat on the deck. The coffee shops (3 of them) on the street are fab.

Perfect Home for a Cape Town Visit

The house was even better than described. Two bedrooms, plus a third room with a pull-out couch that was perfect for one person. The property was clean and was serviced during our five night stay. The owner was responsive, and Emma, who met us upon arrival was in constant contact with us. The WiFi worked well and the rooftop patio was a special treat. The neighborhood had several restaurants, a view of Table Mountain, and a grocery store around the corner. Parking was not an issue in the evenings. We felt safe at the house and truly enjoyed feeling at home there. I'd highly recommend this property!
