Villa Laudan is located at the bottom of the hill on the Monte y Mar area of Gran Alacant and has fantastic views over the Mediterranean Sea and the Historic Town of Alicante and its famous Castilla de Santa Barbara. Thirty minutes walk from the beach, Quiet and peaceful, ten minutes from the larger resorts such as Alicante and Santa Pola, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out.

This four bedroomed extremely private villa benefits from Central Heating and air Conditioning and boasts one of the best private swimming pools you will encounter which has a main swimming area and a Jacuzzi area which will accommodate 6 people

Lots of terraced areas for you to dine al fresco. Stunning sea views over the bay of Alicante. With two double and two twin single bedrooms, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

There is a separate entry to the basement where you will find the pool room with fridge, dart board, changing facility, with Shower room.

On the ground floor you have a fully equipped kitchen area, through lounge diner with central heating and air-con, two ground floor bedrooms one with en suite, the other with shower room to the side.

Outside stairs take you to the upper floor apartment which has its own lounge area with tv and xbox games system, double bedroom with double bed and fourth bedroom with twin single beds and a family bathroom. There is access to the upper terraced area which has a Canopy to shade the area from the sun, seating, and BBQ area with fantastic views over to the bay of Alicante and nearby mountains.

Detached villa in large private grounds, lots of terraces and fully established garden full of Lemon, Banana, Orange and Pomegranate fruit trees and Palms. It has off road parking for three cars.

There are three door entries to the gardens. A terrace to the front and side of the ground floor that has seating to eat at both front and side terraces and a stone BBQ for outside dining.

Steps lead to the garden and pool area, sun loungers located around the pool

On the terrace there is a patio table / chairs and a full size chimney BBQ, the terrace has an electrically operated sun canopy

Great Villa, Great Holiday!

I travelled here as part of a family of 8 (4 couples) and had a fab holiday. We each had our own space and the house was big enough for all of us and more!!! It was fully equipped and had everything you could think of so you did not have to bring anything with you, apart from your clothes and tolietries!

It was great having your own pool as it was private and I could sunbath and when it got a bit hot, just roll of my sunbed into the pool!

There are shops, bars and lovely restaurants within a few minutes walk and the big GA complex is about 5 mins - that has larger supermarkets and more variety of restaurants!

Id recommend to everyone and will be looking to return in 2013.....

Known for its fantastic climate and dry weather the Costa Blanca is a great place to holiday. Gran Alacant is situated on the hillside between the cities of Alicante and Santa Pola. Just a 10 minute drive from Alicante airport. Alicante is a ten minute drive in one direction and has a good lively night life. The beautiful quaint fishing port of Santa Pola is just 5kms drive in the opposite direction. Santa Pola has a large market with a vast variety of foods and good available and takes place on Saturday and Monday mornings. You can take the coast road along the carrabassi beach into Santa Pola which runs from the bottom of the hill at Gran Alacant into the town and take a glass bottom boat ride to the island of Tarbarca. Benidorm is approx 1 hours drive north or you can take the train or bus if you do not drive. The lively nightlife and its many attractions which include Terra Mitica, Mundomar, Terra Nature are among a few. Gran Alacant itself has a large selection of bars and restaurants catering to all taste and nationalities and several large supermarkets within walking distance where you can purchase beer and wine for relaxing on the terrace and soaking up the sun.
