About this property

Typical stone made villa with pool placed in the countryside on the hill of Sanremo. The villa is structured on 3 floors and is composed of a large kitchen with dining room, 2 living rooms with terrace, a game room with pinball and soccer table, 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 1 twin room and 2 bathrooms (one with shower and the other with bath). The bedrooms are all interconected and placed at the top floor. Outside, there is a large pergola with a table to dine and, in the sunniest part of the garden with the olive trees, there is a big pool with an equipped place with all the furniture to sunbathe. The villa is placed 20 minutes far from the Sanremo center and 15 minutes far from the sea. It is suggested for the families and people who love the nature and like to spend a relaxing holiday far from the bustle of the city .

It's needed to schedule the presence of the owner, just few hours during the week and only outdoor, to take care of the garden and the pool.

Fantastic property which more than fulfilled our expectations!

We rented Villa Evy in the last week of October, as a late "summer" family holiday. Throughout the entire process Lorenzo was very quick to respond to all our questions and was extremely helpful. The house itself is well equipped, spotlessly clean, and full of character. The drive up the hill is a bit of an adventure, but is readily achieved, and pleasantly reinforces the feeling of a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of life on the coast. When you do venture down again, the property is well placed for visiting Sanremo, Menton, Monaco, Imperia etc, and supermarkets, shops and restaurants are within 15 minutes of the house. We highly recommend the villa; our thanks to Lorenzo and his parents for the warm welcome and lovely holiday!

Absolutely Beautiful

My wife and I recently returned from spending 2 weeks at this delightful villa and it is truly an oasis. It is hard to describe the joy of waking each morning to the view of the sea from our bedroom window. The grounds are beautiful with many different fruit trees as well as the many olive trees and the grape arbor that we parked under each time we returned. The villa itself was very clean and well appointed. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay quite enjoyable. The pool is large and very private, We spent several days just relaxing by it enjoying the sunshine and quiet. The road to the villa is narrow and curvy, but we did not find this to be a problem as the drivers we encountered were always courteous and the views on the drive to town were spectacular. The thing that made our stay special was the kindness and concern of the owners. They met us in town and escorted us to the grocery store and waited while we purchased the things we needed for our stay. When we arrived at the villa they walked us through the entire house and made sure we understood how everything worked and answered any questions we had. They were very friendly and wanted to be sure we enjoyed our stay to the fullest. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a comfortable and relaxing vacation surrounded by beauty.

Great stay in Liguria

We've had a wonderful time at this property. It is a great place for a family with plenty of space, nice swimming pool, great nature and wonderful views... To get to the property (I must say without a guiding hand it could be quite difficult task first time around), you have to go through some very little country lanes but with Gianni's great help (property owner's father and he is a great guy with plenty of info to share) this wasn't a big problem. Gianni also provided us with great information about supermarkets, beaches, restaurants etc. as well as timings and location of San Remo's fisherman's direct sale fish market...:-) Property itself is really clean (including the pool with pool cover to keep that way and warm) and has plenty of space for a family of 6-7. Surrounding area is beautiful and very quite. Arma Di Taggia is about 15 mins drive and you can get to San Remo in about 20 mins. (Driving distances are about 5km to Arma and 10km to San Remo but the road is very narrow and can be tricky to manage so all slow). But I loved driving on that road... During our stay, we visited the beach a couple of times in Bussana (nice enough) and the village of Bussana Vechia too. It is a wonderful place with plenty of local artist in their studios etc. A must see place with great views to Med and mountains. Restaurants in San Remo are nice enough but I prefer Arma di Taggia restaurants. The are small and friendly with very nice food. Ice cream and Sicilian granite in 'Mistral' in Arma Di Taggia are among the best I've ever tasted and believe me I've tasted quite a lot in Italy alone from north to south... I wish we had more time to explore the area a little more. But if you are looking a place to relax, this is it. And the owners are great people with plenty of knowledge and recommendations and between them they speak French, English and of course Italian so communication is never an issue. And before I forgot, there is a little game room with a pinball machine too...:-) I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and other family members. Thank you Lorenzo and family. Ciao

Interessante Unterkunft mit Charme

Im großen und ganzen war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Haus und Garten ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet alles was man benötigt. Aber die Sauberkeit könnte noch verbessert werden. Ebenso sollten die Dusche erneuert werden. Auch wären richtige Türen zu den Schlafzimmern wesentlich angenehmer. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

Wonderfull quiet chillout with my family

Die Woche war traumhaft. Wir waren mit Oma, Opa, Opa Tante und unsere kleinen Tochter dort. Der Pool hält was er verspricht. Alles ist sauber. Das Haus hat sein alter und das die Dielen knarren und man die Ventile der Wasserleitungen hört, gehört einfach zum Charme. Wie schon andere sagten ist die Schlafzimmeraufteilung etwas speziell aber gut zu handhaben. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfbereit. Danke an Gianni und Lorenzo
