Excellent apartment, excellent situation, excellent holiday

The apartment was spotlessly clean, superbly equipped, comfortable and well located. The terrace is lovely with the morning sunshine, sea views and comfortable outside furniture (something of a rarity!). I can't honestly think of anything that could be improved. All contact with the owners from initial inquiries to the rapid repayment of the breakage deposit was efficient, friendly and organised and they rapidly dealt with a problem we had whilst there (of our making!). Llanca itself is a beatiful port - lovely restaurants and very friendly people without the place being too touristy. All in all - very highly recommended - we will definitely be going back.

Todo correcto excepto la nevera, olia muy mal y refrigeraba poco o casi nada. La habitacion de dos camas es muy pequeña, incomoda para compartir.

Nie mehr wieder

Zunächst hatten wir Probleme unsere Unterkunft zu finden. Keine Hausnummer. Hinein kamen wir nur, weil Hausbewohner die Türen öffneten. Die Schlüsselbox funktionierte wenigstens. Den Tiefgaragenplatz fanden wir auch nur mit Hilfe von Hausbewohnern. Ebenfalls keine Nummer. Das Bett war fast auf dem Boden und die Matratze durchgelegen. Wir hatten nach 1 Wochen schlimme Rückenschmerzen. Nach ein paar Tagen regnete es stark. Ab dem Tag stank es in der Wohnung furchtbar. Der angeschrieben Verwalter oder Vermieter antwortete uns, dass er sich darum kümmere und uns auf dem Laufenden halte. Nach 1 Woch schrieb ich ihn wieder an, dass sich nicht verändert hat. Er antwortete, dass wohl schon jemand da gewesen wäre, der den Kanal gereinigt hätte. Er versprach uns, dass er Hilfe schicken würde. Nach ein paar Tagen kamen 2 Männer, die feststellen, dass der Siphon vom Waschbecken defekt sei und sie nichts daran machen können. Kurze Zeit später erhielt ich wieder eine Nachricht, dass man einen Installateur beauftragt hätte, der sich bei uns melden würde. Bis jetzt hat sich noch niemand bei uns gemeldet. Nach der 3. Urlaubswoche ( von 5 gebuchten ) brachen wir den Urlaub ab und fuhren nach Hause. Es ist mehr als schade, zumal diese Wohnung nicht billig war. Wir können also diese Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen.
