Beautiful property only 5 miles from the Peoria Sports Complex and 9 miles from the State Farm Stadium (Super Bowl LVII). This tastefully remodeled home will make you feel like you’re at your own private resort the moment you walk through the front door with the sight-line through to the gorgeous back yard. Watch the game of the day on the 75” big screen in the living room. Fix up a snack or a complete gourmet dinner at the massive island that seats six. Step through the 13’ sliders to the travertine patio and Pebble Tec pool area. Watch the game on the patio big screen (50”) while enjoying the AZ sunshine in the heated pool or just enjoy your favorite adult beverage while lounging by the cascading waterfall. It's all very private with no two story homes looking into the back yard. Take a short Uber ride to the Peoria Sports Complex and catch your favorite Cactus League team or venture out a little further to any of the other 9 ball parks in the valley of the sun. The Tangers Outlet Mall at Westgate is only 15 minutes away. The State Farm Stadium (where the AZ Cardinals play) and the Gila River Arena is also located at the Westgate Entertainment District and is packed with great restaurants and shopping. If golf is your thing, you may be interested to know there are 18 golf courses within a 15 mile radius of the house. Shopping, restaurants, baseball, football, golf, sunshine and pool….

Had a lovely 2 week stay at the property. Outside space was great and we particularly enjoyed the pool. House is well appointed and Chris was a good host, available when required. The property is situated in a nice neighbourhood with plenty of amenities close by. We would stay in this property again.

Outstanding!!

The house surpassed our expectations and made it our most enjoyable VRBO property so far. Everything about it was outstanding and offered the perfect holiday experience. The pool was the highlight which offered the ultimate resort feel. There were no faults whatsoever and we will definitely be back. Chris is an amazing owner who communicated with us very quickly from out booking enquiry right through to questions we had while there.

Indeed the back yard/pool area is a private oasis! The neighborhood is safe and very walkable. The house is prefect for family. Chris was quick to respond when messaged. Had a wonderful relaxing week in Glendale.
