Outlay of chalet well planned out

We enjoyed our stay at the chalet it was clean and everything you required for a holiday even the beds were comfortable it was like home from home everything was thought out to make your stay enjoyable even the small touches like the milk so you could make a cuppa when first arrived so once again thank you for really enjoyable holiday

Not really happy

I sea the pics on line of a chalet with a garden leading onto the beach so I put half the money down.

I was not prepared for a next to a busy road and loads of steep steps and a car drive to the beach nor was I happy at the cleaner appearing to tell me the chalet hadn't been cleaned or the sheets changed or anything!

I have a walking problem (ms) so the holiday I thought I'd booked would have been brill but instead I was really upset with the whole thing!!!

Owner's Response: I've owned the property for around 6yrs and this is the first negative review I've received. The guest in question is totally inaccurate and unfair with her assement, nowhere on my website does it indicate there is a garden leading onto the beach. You certainly don't need a car to reach the beach it is a short walk away approximately 15 mins. The cleaner did not know of your arrival, however, once notified of you arriving the Chalet was attended to immediately. There is a large green area that seperates my Chalet from the road as my pics indicate, there is a regular bus service running along the perimeter of the complex, this has proven to be very popular and convenient for guests travelling into Great Yarmouth. The 19 positive reviews sent in, not one describes the road as busy or noisy! I take on board the medical condition which she did not inform me of when making the booking. What I find very strange is why someone with ms was allowed to or decided to holiday on their own!

There is a very generous grass area immediately in front of the Chalet with uninterrupted views over open farmland.

The beach is approx 650 Meters from the Chalet, Great Yarmouth is approx 4 miles away with top class entertainment, Funfair, Professional Cabaret, Tennis, Bowls, and much more!
