The Chalet has 2 bedrooms 1 double bed in each, both bedrooms are fully carpeted, fitted wardrobe, dresser, cabinets, and shelving.

Living room has 2 Seater Settee, 2 Armchairs, Table and 4 chairs, Flat Screen TV with Freeview box, DVD Player,

Fully carpeted.

Kitchen is well equipped - Cooker, Fridge/ Freezer, Microwave,

Pots, Pans, Kettle, Crockery, Cutlery, Iron and Ironing board supplied.

Bathroom with Full size bath, Shower with electric unit, Toilet and wash basin.

There is also an Oil filled radiator and Electric Fan Heater.

Electricity is provided by £1 coin meter.

Chalet is available from 3pm on day of arrival and vacated by 10am on day of departure.

Flexible times are available subject to other guests arrival times and departures.

A very well maintained chalet in a brilliant location in the park.

Stayed here with my four year old and one year old and we had a BRILLIANT time.

Chalet is very well maintained - has all the amenities you would expect (from toilet roll to tea and coffee).

Chalet is very close to the beach, a lovely chip shop and a variety of amusement arcades.

All in all fantastic value for the price I paid and my children and I all agreed we would stay here again WITHOUT hesitation.

Very enjoyable stay

The property was as advertised - great value, clean and very well equipped. The property was close to the sea and well positioned for visits to the broads - both being picturesque and having abundant wildlife. One week was not enough to visit everywhere and we intend to re visit next year using the same property.

Very clean & tidy & well equipped chalet

As soon as you turn into California Sand & go pass reception you turn into first car park on the left & walk from there maybe 50 yards & your at the chalet , So if you have a few bags & shopping to carry , It's not far to carry the stuff.

The chalet can be seen from the main road , but although it is near the main road & there is a bus stop there , The cars & Buses never bothered me as they went pass.

All in all i had a great time staying at the chalet , As it says on the advert it is well equipped

Very impressed with the chalet. Perfect!

We were very impressed with the chalet when we arrived. The photos do not do it justice. With having young children and dog the stable style front door was fantastic as we were able to lock the bottom half and leave the top part open. The ceiling fans were a big help also with the heat! The chalet itself was just perfect and very comfortable to stay in. The location was ideal, nice and quiet. We would definitely recommend and would book again. Thank you.

The Chalet is a 2 bedroom south facing property, located on the perimeter of the California Sands complex.

There is a very generous grass area immediately in front of the Chalet with uninterrupted views over open farmland.

The beach is approx 650 Meters from the Chalet, Great Yarmouth is approx 4 miles away with top class entertainment, Funfair, Professional Cabaret, Tennis, Bowls, and much more!
