Immersed in the suggestive Salento countryside, among secular dry stone walls, a few kilometers from the beaches and the center of Gallipoli, VILLA CASTELLANA is the ideal place to spend your holiday in the tranquility of the countryside without giving up the entertainment of the nearby " Citta Bella".
The garden, embellished by the many varieties of Mediterranean plants, frames the structure, equipped with a wide avenue, swimming pool and tennis court at the exclusive service of guests.
To cheer up your stay, the solarium in the pool area, equipped with sunbeds and gazebo, an ideal corner to sip a cold drink or read a book in complete relaxation.
For sports lovers, the structure also has an unlit regulation tennis court.
The privacy of guests is guaranteed by a green belt and private internal parking.
Complete the property "The Garden of Villa Castellana". With this "space" we intend to contribute permanently to the awareness of environmental problems and, at the same time, to give guests the opportunity to share this project.
Organized along a scientific-didactic path that highlights the different native tree typologies present there, the garden is delimited by an alternation of Ceratonia Siliqua (carob), Arbutus Unedo (Strawberry Tree) and Pomegranate (Punica Granutum) trees, evergreen species which ensure a constant absorption of CO2 throughout the year.
Continuing along the route, our guests will find an area of ​​typical Mediterranean vegetation made up of pines, cypresses, pittosporum, thyme, rosemary, lavender and citrus fruits.
ROOMS
The villa is distributed over two levels used as a living area and a sleeping area. The first floor has four double bedrooms (two of which with the possibility of adding a cot), bathroom and large balcony. The ground floor consists of a large living room, bathroom and kitchen; around the house the patio is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue for al fresco dining.
