About this property

Our studio classified furnished with Tourism ***, on the ground floor, is located in Marcq en Baroeul. 50 m from the Lille tram, and 5 minutes from the center of Lille, the Metro and TGV stations. V'Lille and Autolib stations opposite.
It is ideally located in a small quiet street near the main boulevards connecting Lille to Croisé Laroche and Roubaix & Tourcoing: Not far from the major motorways of the Lille Metropolis.

It has an independent entrance secured by airlock, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with WC and shower, a 1 or 2 seater sofa bed (80x200 & 160x200), high speed Wifi (200 mb), a 32 'flat screen Sony LED TV and central heating linked to the house which ensures a constant and gentle warmth in winter.
Towels and bedding are provided. It is changed every week for the bathroom linen and every fortnight for the bedding and kitchen linen.
Washing machine on request (€ 4 per wash)

It also has a private flowered garden of around 50 m2, adjoining the studio with table and garden relax.
Weekly or monthly rental from Saturday 4 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m. (maximum 3 months: seasonal rental)

un petit coin de paradis

les propriétaires sont charmants , prévenants,attentifs,disponibles,on se sent comme chez soi dans ce studio tout à fait conforme en mieux à la description.c'est très propre , fonctionnel,moderne , proches des commerces et moyens de transport .le jardinet est fleuri,paysagé , tout est fait pour se sentir bien , le tout pour un bon apport qualite/prix . merci à nos hôtes.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié notre séjour dans le studio "Cosmobulles", espace contemporain où tout est conçu pour le confort des occupants ! Décoration très "classe", propreté, équipement de qualité (cuisine, sdb, écran plat), lits très confortables et cerise sur le gâteau, la qualité de l'accueil des propriétaires ! Situation géographique idéale permettant un accès facile pour visiter le centre de Lille. En résumé: endroit à recommander !

Excellent!

Prestation de grande qualité, tant sur l'accueil des propriétaires, la situation géographique et le raffinement des lieux. Tout est pensé dans cette location où il est fort agréable de séjourner. Quartier très calme, proche de la ligne de tramway qui permet de se rendre à Lille en à peine 10mn sans rencontrer de problèmes de stationnement. Les propriétaires sont charmants, disponibles et de très bons conseils. Une adresse que nous vous recommandons sans aucune hésitation, pour notre part nous la gardons précieusement.
