We do not permit parties or events and must enforce quiet hours since this is a residential area. Before booking, please send us a message describing your group and plans for your stay. If police are called for any disturbances, guests will be required to leave the property immediately, without a refund. Our home is in downtown Charleston, so typical city street noise is common.

Perfect for our family of 4

This house was perfect for our family. My teenage kids didn’t want to share a bed so one took the bedroom while the other took the sofa bed. The kitchen was equipped enough for us to buy groceries at Publix and enjoy some home cooked meals. We did opt to drive to more of a downtown centric spot for City Market, Battery, shopping, etc. It is doable from the house if you have the time and energy though. I think the house was exactly as described on the site.

Friends trip

This property was perfect for two couples. Ubers were very easy to get and was just the right distance from all the attractions. Would definitely stay here again. Parking is tight if you’re driving a big truck so be aware of that. Overall great experience with a great host.

Enjoyable Charleston VRBO

We had a very nice stay. The home was so welcoming. We were impressed with how clean and homey that it was. The location was close to several eating places for a quick breakfast or mid day snack. It is located on a busy street, so the weekend traffic was a little loud during the night. It's important to note that the only bathroom is on the 2nd floor. The 4 adults in our group worked around it. Beth was very easy to communicate with and was very responsive to our queries. Overall it was a very favorable experience.
