Beachful Bliss is a 4 bedroom home in Highland Parks that backs up to Point Washington Forest. Boasting amazing neighborhood amenities, including a free form tropically landscaped lagoon pool with whirlpool, 360-observation tower, community grilling area, and fire-pit with comfy chairs and couches. Sit, chat and enjoy your favorite drink with your family and friends! From the 4 story observation tower you can see the gulf, the bay, and miles along the coast to Seaside and Sandestin in either direction. This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is in laid back Blue Mountain Beach, with delicious Blue Mountain Beach Creamery nearby offering homemade scoops, and is walking distance to shops in RedFish Village. Take one of the 4 bikes provided and ride the bike trails down to Seaside, Watercolor or Grayton Beach. Grill out some fresh catch on the gas grill on the back deck.

The gorgeous kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances. The living room has a flat screen Smart TV for you to access your own Netflix, Hulu or Amazon prime accounts, and there are board games in the TV cabinet in the living room. The central heat/air is zoned separately for upstairs and downstairs and the laundry room has a front loading washer and dryer. With a king size bed in the first master bedroom, a queen bed in the second master bedroom, a queen bed in both guest rooms, and a Queen Sealy sleeper sofa in the living room, this lovely home sleeps 10. Highland Parks is the newest neighborhood in Blue Mountain Beach featuring a fantastic neighborhood pool with a waterfall, hot tub, gazebo, fire pit, snack bar, and observation tower. The area is the highest point in South Walton County and surrounded by great eateries and local eclectic shops. Highland Parks is perfectly situated between Redfish Village and Gulf Place Town Center on Hwy 30A! Enjoy dining at local favorites The Perfect Pig, Red Door, Local Catch, or Basmati's. Seaside is a fantastic destination, most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous, There are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Overall the house was nice. Your cleaning staff did average job. The dining table was sticky; showing it had not been cleaned. There were ants in upstairs bathroom.

Best extended family vacay!

We stayed with our family of 7 plus 2 grandparents. We had plenty of room. The house was beautiful and clean! I want to live here! The house had 3 porches/decks which was amazing. We did have to drive to the beach and the pool area but that was fine. We only went to the pool one day because it was very cold and the beach is of course the best and is more zero depth entry for littles. There was no parking at the pool. The area was beautiful and so clean with great restaurants and shops. The teens were able to bike to the creamery and the beach area. Would definitely recommend!

Great House for Girl's Trip

This was our first stay in the Blue Mountain Beach area. This was a great house for 7 women. Lots of space. we really enjoyed the front porch. Beachful Bliss is located in the back of a nice neighborhood and backs up to a quiet wooded area, but you definitely have to drive to the beach and parking can be difficult. It was a short drive to several good restaurants. Our favorites were Shunk Gulley, Basmati's & The Red Bar. The house was well stocked with towels and the kitchen had almost everything you needed to prepare dinner. It rained several days during our stay and we never felt cramped, which was nice. The mattress in the master was a little soft for me, but did sleep well. The house had 3 full and 1 half bathrooms which was very convenient. I received the door codes the day of our arrival and communication with the property manager was efficient and timely. Despite the weather, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend Beachful Bliss for a peaceful stay in Blue Mountain.
