We have two apartments to let in the exclusive Bellresguard Estate. 150m apart, 'ENEAS' is a ground floor apartment with 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a 35 x 15 ft sitting/dining room. ALL bedrooms and sitting room have patio doors opening onto a private garden that has direct access to communal gardens and swimming pool. Total floor space 201 sq mts.
'Atlas' is on the first floor with a huge 50sq/m sun terrace overlooking the pool and gardens. It has 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a 28 x 15 ft sitting/dining room. Total floor space 187 sq mts.
They are modern and luxuriously appointed with marble floors and bathrooms, full air conditioning throughout with elegant and comfortable furnishings. Bellresguard is 200 m from the beach and the resort centre is 700m walk along the stunning seafront.
The nearby 4 star Illyador Hotel (200 metres) has a tennis court and Health/Beauty spa open to non residents.

Excellent property in great location
We have stayed here a few times because the accommodation is excellent with everything you would need for a perfect holiday. It was very clean and homely and the owner is great to deal with. Any issues have always been dealt with promptly and efficiently either by the owner or by the property management company in the resort. Would thoroughly recommend staying here.
We had a great week in Ruth's lovely Atlas apartment. It really is a fantastic place and very, very comfortable, beautifully furnished and really well equipped. It is really big, our two children (ages 9 and 11) enjoyed having their own bedrooms and we loved using the huge outdoor terrace. The pool and gardens are very nicely maintained and the whole site has a safe and stylish feel. The location is great, it's just a short walk to the beach and lovely restaurants. The small supermarket and cafe on the site are very good and very convenient. All in all the holiday was a very nice treat for us all. This was our fourth holiday in the beautiful Puerto Pollenca and our first time in Ruth’s apartment, I would definitely recommend this apartment.
Ruth made it very easy for us, the booking and payment process was all really clear and quick and the information pack was extremely useful (the taxi driver Lorenzo is a real star, I would definitely recommend him too)!

Lovely apartment in a brilliant resort
Our first visit to Puerto pollenca and certainly not our last. We booked atlas having read previous reviews and we were not disappointed at all. The facility was spacious and modern in a lovely block with pretty gardens. Very quiet but that added to the peaceful break.
I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a home away from home.
Super apartment and pool, tranquil setting
We had a super two weeks here as a family of four with young children (8 and 11 years). The apartment has everything you will need, it is very clean and furnished nicely. The air con was a big hit given we had unusual temperatures of 41 during our holiday. Bellresguard is a lovely area, generally quite quiet, so much so we often found the pool was empty but you are only a short walk away from the Pine Walk and all that Puerto Pollensa has to offer, which makes a perfect contrast. As has been said before there are lots of great restaurants there and the beach is very safe. We hired bikes for the two weeks, this was a great way to get around day and night! Lastly the owner, Ruth, provides excellent customer service and the local management company were on hand whenever we needed them.
Beautifully spacious apartment in fab spot
We travelled as a family of 6 adults and a 15 month toddler. The Atlas apartment was perfect for our needs - extremely spacious, clean, safe, and in a great location; on a quiet complex but still within walking distance of the beach and restaurants.
The apartment itself was stylishly furnished and well looked after with plenty of space for everyone to relax, both inside in the comfy living area, and outside on the glorious, huge balcony with views of the pool and gardens. There were also toys for the beach and toys to keep the little one amused which was extremely handy.
The complex gardens and pool were well maintained and, at the time of our visit in May, we had the pool to ourselves every day. Although there are no sunloungers by the pool, there are loungers and chairs provided in the apartment which can easily be carried the short distance to the pool. It may be worth noting that inflatables and ball games are not allowed in the pool / grounds. These rules are imposed by the complex and whilst this did not impact our holiday whatsoever, it may be something to bear in mind for some.
The Formentor store / cafe on the edge of the complex was about a 5 min walk and ideal for delicious breakfast pastries and the odd food item. It takes about another 20 mins to stroll to the square. It's a lovely stretch along the Pine Walk but the ground is uneven so be prepared with comfortable shoes. We found we did a lot of walking on the holiday. We had a buggy but it was still manageable, if a little bumpy part of the way.
This was our first visit to Puerto Pollensa and we all thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Staying in Ruth's apartment was the icing on the cake and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others. We hope to be back in the not too distant future. Thanks Ruth, you deserve all the positive reviews.
Lovely holiday in a perfect location
We stayed in Atlas for a week in April, the holiday was perfect. The accommodation was faultless, location was superb. Located close to lots of lovely various restaurants, beaches and sights. We stayed with our 2 young children and the apartment was very safe and the complex was very secure. It was very quiet this time of year so we had the swimming pools completely to ourselves, albeit they were a tad cold this time of year. Excellent communication throughout with so much help regarding transfers to and from the airport and also site maps with all the restaurants and ones recommended too. Would definitely look to go back in the future.
Activity and Interests
Bellresguard is an exclusive gated estate, only 200m from the seafront and Pine Walk in Puerto Pollensa, one of the prettiest resorts in Mallorca .
The Puerto is situated on a large sheltered bay with many sandy beaches. It lies beneath the stunning Tramuntana mountain range, a Unesco World Heritage site and an area of outstanding natural beauty.
In the town centre there is a large seafront promenade with small shops, bars and restaurants running alongside more sandy beaches where children can play in sight whilst you relax and soak up the atmosphere.
The area is very popular for cyclists and walkers of all abilities with level routes around the bays and the mountains for the more experienced.
Golf: The nearby Golf course is open to the public.
Bird watching: the well known bird sanctuary of S'Albufera is a 20 minute drive.

- The large terrace has outdoor dining table and chairs for alfresco eating, a BBQ, sunloungers and a separate sofa/armchair/coffee table seating area. The terrace is south facing and gets the sun for the entire day but there is always a part with shade if required.
