Welcome to your new vacation rental in the quite community of Watersong. Watersong itself offers guests the security of a gated community, a luxurious spacious Clubhouse,landscaped grounds and conservation area surrounded by woodlands.
A resort pool and spa, fitness center,Volleyball Court, children's playground and picnic facilities are available to all guests free of charge during your stay. Gym and access to the communal pool are included in your Club House access. The community is ideally located for over 22 high quality 18 - hole golf courses including the prestigious Providence Golf Club which is only 5 minutes away. Most of the courses are open to you.
In this villa you can enjoy the proximity to the club house and still enjoy the tranquility of your own private pool and hot tub with an amazing conservation view. You can relax with your whole family on the extended pool deck on sunny days. If there should be some rain on your holiday there is plenty to do in the spacious house. Our brand new tiled game room has a tennis table,pool and foosball table. In addition we provide a BBQ grill for you to use during your stay, which is free of charge if you clean it. The house is furnished with high quality furniture in a European style.The living room is equipped with a brand-new 70'' TV , in addition every bedroom has its own flat screen TV.
WiFi internet is avaible for you and your party to enjoy. Also included are local telephone calls.

Amazing stay close to Universal and Disney

Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Everything was extremely easy and efficient. The property was extremely clean and a very safe gated neighbourhood. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. Even the communal pool and playground as well. Thanks again Would highly recommend.

Secure gated complex. Felt very safe. Villa was a great size, bedrooms and living spaces were good for us. good communication with the owner and managment company. Would recommend for families. really enjoyed our stay

Great Villa

Lovely stay at this great Villa. The bedrooms were all speceous and we'll decorated with large comfy beds. Kitchen had all modern conveniences and we lived the addition of pool table and other games in the garage. The best was the pool area with outstanding views and a constant supply of sun throughout the day. On a good day of traffic Disney is 35 minutes drive, and other bars/restaurants can be found much closer. During our stay it was approximately $45 fora 6 person Under to Disney Springs. We had an exceptional visit and will be booking again for future visits to the Disney Area.
