Our place is a short walk to the charming main street of downtown Invermere and popular Kinsmen beach. There is 1730 square feet over 3 levels, and it comfortably accommodates groups of up to 6 people. We have provided all the conveniences that you need for your stay and have tried to go above and beyond to make it feel inviting and comfortable. In the winter, cozy up next to the gas fireplace. In the summer, enjoy the central AC or the views of the mountains from the deck outside.

➢ Two decks, both off the second level. On the covered deck you’ll find a 2-seater sofa, 2 lounge chairs and a coffee table with beautiful mountain views and a partial lake view. The deck off the kitchen has a 5-burner gas BBQ with searing station. The propane line is direct, so no worries about running out of propane.
➢ 1 single car garage (the door is low so trucks and large SUV's won't fit, cars and most minivans will fit just fine)
➢ 1 parking space in front of the garage & plenty of street parking
➢ Laundry room with Washer/Dryer (located on the entry level)

Awesome Condo
This condo is awesome. Great location with a grocery store steps away. Has everything you need to cook all your meals and plenty of room to sleep 6 people. I would stay here again and recommend it to all my friends and family. The garage is a nice touch to store bikes if you are there to do some biking.

Great downtown stay
We came in for a girls weekend and this property was perfect with enough beds and bathrooms. We loved the location and being able to walk to shops and restaurants. The condo was well stocked with everything we could possibly need. Would definitely recommend this property and will rebook in the future.

We love the Invermere and Columbia Valley area and have been coming here for years for hiking, biking, skiing and general outdoor activities. It's a beautiful place to explore and there's so many different activities to do, we never get bored. We love to travel and have been to many places around the world, but Invermere is a place that is special to us and that we wanted to return to over and over again.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this property because it was perfect for our family and it has a lot of benefits for anyone visiting the area. It's a generous size, it's in a fantastic location where you can walk to almost anything, and it has a great mountain views. We wanted a property that had a "cozy mountain vibe" but had easy access to all the amenities Invermere has to offer, and this property fit those requirements perfectly.
